Really nice place for entertaining

Melody's communication from the start was amazing. She left a binder with great instructions as well as recommendations. The home was filled with any kitchen supplies you would need, which was very helpful. It was me and 6 kids, they did not leave the pool or game room! We will absolutely visit again.

Mary was a wonderful host. She communicated with me before and during our stay. I had one question during our stay and Mary and her husband FaceTimed me to walk me through it. The kids loved the pool and the yard. We would stay again!

Impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Also it’s a modern gem! The amenities were top-notch, and the host's guidebook had some fantastic local recommendations. Let’s not forget about the pool it was amazing!!

The place was fantastic. Wonderful stay for a group of 8 dudes. Plenty of space. If you need a moment to yourself. Great rooms to gather and hangout all together. Stay here. You won't regret it.

We all loved staying at the lake house! Janine was a fantastic host and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool, hot tub and fire place. Beds were quite comfortable and the place was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

We only stayed one night, but Dom's place was exactly what we were looking for- clean, private and fun! The pool and hot tub were ready to enjoy. There was plenty of things to do and Dom was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Goshen.

Great home away from home while our home was being repaired following a fire. Owner was very understanding and cooperative about extending our stay due to construction delays.

We had a wonderful weekend in Shipshewana! Miriam's home was perfect for us with four children! Super clean and comfy! We got to spend an evening on the beautiful patio which was very relaxing! We felt right at home! Thank you!

We were incredibly happy with our stay. The home was very clean, filled with thoughtful and appreciated things. Blankets in the living area, tissues, extra chairs and seating in the closets which we used. They had towels we could use for swimming. Lots of games for both inside and out. We used the kayaks and the dock to park the pontoon we rented. We used and loved the fire pit. Plenty of outdoor seating. I could go on for days about how wonderful the kitchen was. It had plenty of glasses and plates and silverware for our full house. It had serving bowls and plenty of serving spoons. We used the cast iron skillet and the air fryer. There was a blender and hand mixer and crockpot also. Plenty of hot pads they even have Tupperware type containers for leftovers. We cooked every meal and found nothing lacking. There were even common spices and cooking oil along with ketchup mustard and relish waiting for us. Very glad to stay and hope to come back again.

Noemi was very friendly and caring, she was very responsive and accommodating to all the questions and requests I had. The house looked like a beautiful and interesting museum, so much history! This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to book again the next time I’m in the area!

We had a cousins reunion at this house and truly had the best time!! There were 5 families: two adult couples and 3 couples with kids (ranging from 1 to 8 years old). We all had plenty of space and the rooms worked out great. Our time down by the lake was AMAZING! We loved that everything we needed was down there, having a bathroom, a fridge and sink right there were so handy. Lauren even thought of everything, with plenty of phone chargers down there too! Also, we weren’t looking forward to blowing up the inflatables we brought for the lake, and we didn’t have to, because there were so many already there and ready to go!! Even had beach towels. Not having to worry about all of the things like that was a huge win. Also the water was gorgeous and clear as described!! Great for kids! Lastly, Lauren was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place I will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay at this lovely lakefront cottage. Sad that we were only passing through (1 night) because it's such a beautiful and peaceful location. I can see this place being great for families and those who enjoy being on the water. Watching the Canada geese and swans, both with their babies made our morning.

Great place. Perfect for unwinding. The access to the kayaks and paddleboard was awesome and there are 3 life vests. Seating on the deck was perfect. Lake looked pretty at sunset. We did not go out much so did not explore the suggestions. Easy to cook 🧑‍🍳 n the kitchen. Great getaway for us.

It is a cute house but sort of an awkward layout. The bedroom with 1 Murphy Bed is the living room and you have to go through that room if you are in the front bedroom to get to the bathroom or kitchen. The benches in the kitchen are a little wobbly. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom. I love the location and it’s always so nice and quiet.

So glad I stumbled upon Steph's Ice House listing. Had a peaceful, almost secluded stay yet close to the many Shipshewana attractions. Impeccably clean and decorated, with modern amenities which would be fantastic for an extended stay. Steph sent a greeting message immediately after my booking and followed up with detailed instructions and area tips. Was pleasantly surprised with doughnuts and popcorn when I arrived, a very nice touch. Looking forward to booking with her again!

We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get in, and everything was clean. There were plenty of towels. It's in a nice location, not far from town, and the back yard was fenced in with a fire pit. We called John shortly after we arrived asking for additional outdoor chairs. He responded immediately and even offered to bring us extra firewood.

Beautiful home, peaceful grounds. :) Goats in a pen in the back was unexpected and cute! We were surprised to find the home was a large multi bedroom home rather than a one bedroom home, there were just several locked doors which my over-active imagination was creeped out over lol We would very much come again, particularly if the other rooms were opened and we could bring the family :)

Her place is more beautiful then we thought it would be. Everything was beautiful and perfect in every way. We enjoyed the little electronic touches all over, and solid handcrafted modern interior.
