Vacation rentals in Lagoudi Zia

A unique place to stay away from busy Zia and the standard fare hotels in Tigaki. It felt like our home away from home for the 10 days we stayed. A car is definitely needed, you will need to buy ALL groceries if you plan to do any cooking but pots, utensils and crockery is provided. Whilst there are no swimming pools in the Zia area we used hotel pools on occasions and it's only a short 15 mins drive to the beach at Tigaki. We would definitely stay here again on a return to Kos Island.

Maria is an excellent host and her place is beautiful and very cozy. I highly recommend staying there to anyone looking for a more rustic experience with an easy access to everything Kos town has to offer (~15 minutes away). You absolutely need to rent a car, a cab drive ranges from 30 to 50€ each way. The restaurant right next door is a gem and a must go. Thanks for everything Maria!

Evin tarihsel dokusu, çevresiyle kurduğu organik ilişki inanılmaz. Avlusunda huzurla dinlenebileceğiniz, kitabınızı okuyabileceğiniz bir ev. Her yıl yaz kış gelinebilecek bir mekan. Ailecek çok sevdik.

We had a lovely time at Marc’s place in Zia. It was about a 15minute walk into Zia where there were loads of restaurants and amenities. Location was great! There was a designated place to park the car. Instructions to the property were very clear. Inside we had everything we needed. Everything was clean. The view from the balcony was lovely and everything felt very traditional which was great! We hiked up Mount Dikeous which we did from the property. Well worth doing for some fantastic views. We went at sunrise. Great location as it’s not too far to get to the beaches. We spent time at diamond life beach club and swam to the church at Agios Stephanos which was amazing! Thank you again Marc, we had a fantastic stay at the property!

Schon im Vorfeld hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt zu Mikaelis gehabt. Check-In war herzlich und freundlich. Es standen Wasser, Obst und eine Flasche Rotwein bereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber, nett eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Lage ist super! Wohnung liegt unterhalb des Wohnhauses der Familie nach hinten raus. Man fühlt sich zu keiner Zeit beobachtet. Von der Terrasse aus schaut man auf die eigenen Oliven- und Zitrusbäume. Im Hintergrund ragt das Gebirge mit dem Mount Díkeos hervor! Zum Abschied gab es freundlicher Weise eine Flasche Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau. Wir hatten das Glück und konnten bis abends kurz von unserem Abflug in der Wohnung bleiben. Würden immer wieder hierher kommen. Haben uns direkt willkommen und zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank hierfür nochmal an die Gastgeber.

We had an amazing stay at the apartment in Kos! The apartment was luxurious and beautifully decorated, with a tasteful interior that made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The jacuzzi was a fantastic highlight, offering the perfect way to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Stelinos was a wonderful host - very helpful and friendly, always available to assist with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back!

Jiannis ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Er kümmert sich um alles, wenn man etwas man braucht. Frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Flughafentransfer und vieles mehr. Die Kommunikation mit ihm was sehr gut. Das Apartment war sauber. Auf dem Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Salzsee und dem Sonnenuntergang. In der Nähe gibt es alles was man braucht (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Souvenirläden, Autovermietung) und ist per Fuss oder Fahrrad nicht weit entfernt. Im Apartment gibt es einen Flachbild Fernseher mit Netflix, YouTube etc.) und eine Klimaanlage. Ich kann Jiannis nur herzlichst weiterempfehlen. Quel plaisir d’arriver dans ce petit village charmant et dans ce cottage qui l’est encore plus. Un lieu idéal pour les amateurs de randonnées et de bon restos! Très agréable également de se retrouver à côté du bar pour l’ambiance. Une terrasse à l’avant de la maison et une autre à l’arrière, permettent tantôt d’être isolé ou de partager des moments de convivialité. Merci à nos hôtes pour l’accueil et la réactivité lors des contacts. Je recommande vivement l’emplacement.
