Very pleasant stay at Aurore's home. As described and well-equipped.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is perfectly clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you might need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There is parking in the vicinity, but it is often subject to a fee. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. THANK YOU Brigitte..!! 😉😉

Jean Marie is a great host. The place is well located within less than 15 minutes walk from the centre. it is a great appartement well decorated and well appointed and met all our needs for a short break in La Rochelle. There is on site free parking which for us was a real bonus. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Frankly great high welcome welcoming and very cool the accommodation was clean. We are clearly not disappointed with our time here. If I have to do it again, I'll do it again!

Matthieu is a very nice and super responsive host! He answers all questions, he is accommodating and caring. Regarding the accommodation, it is as described, only the steps to access the accommodation are not clearly indicated. They are mentioned in the details but not specified in the listing. For all PRMs, the accommodation is on the 1st floor without elevator and to access the apartment, there are also a few steps. There are no ramps but you can easily hold onto the wall, so if the difficulties are minimal it's okay, otherwise it can be complicated. The bed in the bedroom is pretty good. The sofa bed is a good solution for 2/3 nights. In terms of location, it's a bit out of the way so it's quiet, you can park easily in the street and it's free (early June) and it takes 25 minutes on foot to get to the heart of the city. And a big plus for me, the accommodation is lively, it feels good, it's a change from the sanitized accommodation you can sometimes have!

Great stay in La Rochelle in a quiet residence and 20 min walk to the old port and the city center. Charlotte is a warm and caring host for her tenants! Private parking is a plus (everything is paid on La Rochelle).

Gwenaëlle's place is really great! Pleasant, clean and quiet! The front terrace is a plus! Practical side: the bus stop 2 min away that takes you directly to La Rochelle in about twenty minutes! Fast and no need to bother with the car! Gwenaëlle is present and very friendly! We'll be happy to go back

Great apartment and very convenient walking distance to all amenities. Christele is very sweet. The parking is a bit expensive (approx 20eur/day) but the location is convenient. There is no air conditioning so as the weather heats up in the summer it might be uncomfortable to sleep. It was on the edge last week. Opening the windows is loud and welcome mosquitos. Everything else is good.

We had a great stay in this apartment, perfect location for exploring La Rochelle. Despite being in the centre of town it was really quiet at night which was very helpful for our six month old baby (and us!) Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need, and even more, every detail is carefully thought out. The decoration, done with great taste, perfectly matches the photos. The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the beach of La Concurrence. The place is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the Port des Minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station.

The apartment is new, spacious and tastefully furnished. The terraces make it an exceptional property. Pergola with a hot tub at the top. Parking with 2 spaces and an electric terminal is a real plus. Astrid and her family are welcoming and accommodating. I recommend it!

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful and good stay, quiet and close to the city center

Despite some hiccups with the concierge agency, they were able to recover and correct everything in a short time while remaining very professional. The jacuzzi was great, the products made available make it possible to settle in very well. In short, it's a very good accommodation that feels new and clean. Very good stay!

Very nice hosting by Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is lovely. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for any questions. I recommend it.
