Casa Encanto da Lagoa is 800 meters from the central lagoon, close to Vila dos Oficiais, a strategic location for hiking lovers. It has three suites with box beds, one master with air conditioning and two with fans. The large living room has a TV, with Netflix and Globoplay, and in the same room there is a table for card games. Bed and bath linens are not included. We leave a face towel and a rug in the bathrooms. For events, see extra fee. Solar-heated pool. Hydro and pool waterfall are not available in the rental. Internet, Wi-Fi, Sky with Première are available. The house is not in a condominium!
