House vacation rentals in Lagoa Santa

The house is very comfortable and well equipped in relation to the kitchen items. The rooms are comfortable and good sized. The bathrooms have bars, the house has a ramp at the entrance, items that make it much easier for the accommodation of older people or with reduced mobility. The leisure area of the pool is beautiful and very pleasant. My only suggestion for improvement is the installation of a TV in the living room or in the common area in the backyard . The house is close to the supermarkets and it is possible to walk to the lagoon, a very beautiful place to walk/run and which has several restaurants.

The accommodation is very pleasant, everything impeccable, very clean. The landlord quickly answers questions and was requested when needed. Very nice gourmet area.

We had an amazing time with our family! Clean house, matches the photos, everything is new and organized! Extremely equipped kitchen with all the utensils! Spacious, airy rooms! Top Host. Danielle made us comfortable in the house and always quickly responded to the requests in a very helpful way and helped me a lot. It indicated barbecue and cook support for the duration of the stay, which was very useful and good for my family. The house is very good and functional, heated pool (which helps on cold days). It's really worth it and I plan to host more times at this location. I highly recommend it.

It was a lovely experience that exceeded all expectations. The house is even more beautiful in person, with an incredible leisure space that provided moments of total relaxation and family fun, especially the heated pool. The shops are close and easy to access. The hosts were exceptional: extremely kind, attentive and always available to make sure everything was perfect. Every detail of the environment was thought out with care, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. We were greeted with a delicious afternoon coffee. I definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a unique and memorable experience.

I rented the house to spend the holidays with my family and it was wonderful. The Selma host was very friendly and made our experience even better. It made us feel at home and was very helpful, with clear instructions and with tips from all the places that were near the house that would be useful and fun for our stay. Very nice place, very nice, very beautiful view, the premises of the house served us very well. Jadilson is very polite and attentive, he responded very quickly, we feel the urge in the house. The Pool Space and gourmet area are great, we like it very much! The rooms accommodate 4 beds perfectly, large bathrooms, a cozy and charming room, a garage for more than 4 cars, barbecue and lunch pots, excellent workbench, nearby establishments for shopping, both on-site pick-up and delivery. We really enjoyed it!

Great location, close to supermarkets, bakery and commerce in general, but not enough to generate noise and disrupt the sense of tranquillity and rest that the house has brought us. The leisure area is great and super well-equipped, just like every home. Owned for people looking for rest.

We had a very nice stay in the place of Dona Enilcia, the place pleased everyone and we spent a very pleasant carnival. The pictures are not able to describe the amazing space she has there, a place with a wonderful pool, has a very good sauna, an area with pool, totem, jumps. The site has two kitchens one on the inside with a stove, well equipped with all the utensils we need and the other in the barbecue area that completely exceeded our expectations. The barbecue area has an amazing wooden table that was a differential because we made all the meals there. The site is in a quiet location. The rooms and the bathroom at the top were very clean and organized, the two bathrooms at the bottom I believe they will still go through some small renovations, but we had no problems using them. Anyway, we just have to thank the stadia, the communication and flexibility were also a differential. I recommend and we intend to return soon!

The place is beautiful and quiet. All very well cared and clean, from the space to the bed linen. The hosts are very kind people, they have given us all the necessary support, in addition to privacy.

We stayed at the site from 12/29 to 12/1 for a total of 11 people. The outside area is sensational. Kitchen in conjunction with the barbecue and close to the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped and very spacious. Very good barbecue area with a grill, boards and a beer table. The outdoor area also has three tables to accommodate everyone, an industrial oven and two refrigerators. The house has two floors with four bedrooms on the ground floor, three suites and a social bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have double and single beds. Beds are good and bedding was clean and available. The bathrooms do not have a box, this makes a bit of a mess, but nothing that will interfere with the stay. Marlene served us so well, was so kind and always available to help us. She was great. It is worth staying at the Recanto dos Birds Site managed by Marlene. I recommend it.

The place is quite wide and peaceful, we did not hear any noise in the neighborhood. The swimming pool and sauna not only met our expectations. The hostess in addition to being very quick to respond instructed us in everything we needed, including calling me to explain how to check in and how to turn on the sauna correctly.

what an amazing place. felt right at home from the very beginning when greeted by Renata. this house is very open, bright and spacious. huge outdoor area with pool perfect for relaxing, grilling, or just to sit and sip your coffee while watching all the birds. The property is located just a block from the beautiful Lagoa Santa where you can go for a walk and soak on the beauty of the wildlife. just a short minutes walk to supermarket, restaurants, etc, is just the perfect location if you don'twant to drive. overall, if I would ever own my own house, I would like this house to be it. very pleased with my stay, will recommend it to my colleagues and will definitely return.
