Lovely apartment!

Relax with the whole family in this quiet and pleasant accommodation in Lagoa Santa. A 3-bedroom apartment well located in the Várzea neighborhood, this corner apartment is on a quiet street with easy access. The property is 900m from the central lagoon, and the complex of sports, 600m from bakery and other shops, 1km from the supermarket bh. The accommodation has two rooms available, one of which is a suite with balcony, each bedroom has a double bed. The access is by a smooth and comfortable flight of stairs.

Well-located apartment and 14 km from the airport

This special place has a minibar, TV, wi-fi, microwave, air cond., garage, elevator and concierge. It is close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, bus station, approx. 500 m from the main lagoon and 14 km from the aerop. de Confins. Ideal We host 3 people. It has a puff with good density, exactly as it is in the photos. The key will be in the reception until 20h. After this time will be by password. The garage has no demarcated space and has 2 floors. But I have to admit, it's tight for a big car.

Flat Paris

The flat was impeccably clean, organized and very quiet, which was great, especially for those who need to rest before a flight, as was the case, leaving at dawn. The internet worked well, the shower was hot, and everything was in perfect condition! A valuable suggestion: it would be interesting to provide at least one small soap, such as the hotel, for the guests. Because we travel only with a 10 kg suitcase, we often leave to buy toiletries at the destination. Also, the mattress needs improvement! Unfortunately, both myself and my husband had difficulty resting as it was extremely hard, and I ended up with back pain. Sometimes investing a little more in these details makes all the difference in the guest experience. All in all, everything is as expected! I would stay again if necessary. Thank you!

Flat in the center of Lagoa Santa

Apartment as in the photos, great location, close to restaurants, bakeries and markets and very close to the Church and the lagoon, which is the most touristy spot in the city.
