We felt very comfortable in Carla and Jan's apartment. The view of Lake Iseo and the island is fantastic! The apartment is the same as in the pictures. It is very well equipped, it has everything you need. Communication with Carla and Jan was quick and good. For the two of us, the apartment was big enough. We can really recommend Casa Riva Iseo.

The short version: You walk through the door and feel at home. The long version: The apartment - looked much better in real life than in the photos. The furnishings are of very high quality, lovingly and tastefully selected. The view "while brushing your teeth" (and of course the rest of the day) is impressive. The location - on the one hand, you feel completely "in nature," because the lake is right at your doorstep and you can immediately reach it for a walk or a swim. The view from the apartment, garden or from the terrace of the magnificent panorama of the lake is also unbeatable. At the same time, there are restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The center of Limone with a boat dock, restaurants, etc. is easily within walking distance (only a short distance is on the street). Hosts - The Superhost category could be expanded upwards. Warm, friendly and helpful to all questions of the stay and beyond.

The newly renovated farm building has been expertly rebuilt with great attention to style and materials. It is the lower part of what was Giacomo's grandmother's house and it looks out south across the Valtellina valley to the snow-capped peaks of the Bergamo Alps. The view is simple magnificent. The area is perfect for hiking, biking or just enjoying la dolce vita. There's rafting on the River Adda, shopping in Tirano, Sondrio or Livigno. And I mustn't forget the UNESCO World Heritage 'Bernina Red-Train' to St. Moritz over the Alps. Tip: take the ordinary regional express train and buy a 1st class ticket. It's quieter and you can open the windows of the carriage and soak up the spectacular scenery!

The accommodation was very nice and cozy, just as mentioned in the listing. The only challenge was finding a parking space in between, but that was a small thing. The location was sometimes challenging, it was a long drive if you wanted to go anywhere, but we chose this inn. And this was also a really small effort. The village where the accommodation is located is really charming and cozy.

Myself and my family stayed here at the end of January for a skiing trip it was a fantastic location, our host was very helpful and always available to give great information the house it’s self was wonderful very authentic and steeped in history it was a fantastic stay, Maurizio and his farther stayed late waiting for us due to our flight being delayed which was very much appreciated, they took there time to show us around and give us a brief history on the house which was fascinating The beds were very comfortable and warm and a lovely fire in the kitchen which was nice on the colder nights.
