We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Great communication with Alessia each in their own language. She always responds super quickly. Very good explanation for check-in and lots of tips for hikes or tours during our stay. Quiet and very well located place for hikes and visits to beautiful villages even if the region keeps heavy trees of the 2016 Earthquake. We enjoyed our meals in the garden with a magnificent view. The house has a second apartment that was not occupied during our stay.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

excellent hospitality from Michela and co-host Gianni who helped us take conscious possession of the house and useful outdoor spaces. varied and numerous supply of bathroom and kitchen materials for consumption excellent operation of gas, electricity, H2O heating view of the Sibillini chain, Mount Piselli and Gran Sasso very quiet area with excellent air and base for excursions to Mount Sibilla, Lake Pilato, the Infernaccio gorges, the hermitage of San Leonardo, and visit to the Sanctuary of Madonna dell'Ambro, etc. possibility of using the swimming pool for adults and children about 700 ml. from the house (for a fee, currently 8 euros) overall a great life experience in a very well-kept house and enjoyable. Francesco and Rosalba were very kind and very easy to get along with when we arrived. Rosalba gave us a lot of useful tips on what to visit in the area and where to find typical products. The accommodation met our expectations and the spectacular view that can be enjoyed from the garden really enchanted us. Having breakfast and dinner with the view and the spectacle of the mountains in front of us was wonderful. We left early in the morning and we couldn't say goodbye to Rosalba and Francesco, but we will definitely be happy to return.

What a wonderful, peaceful place. The property has everything you need and decorated with style. Outside you are surrounded by flowers. We shall miss having our breakfast overlooking the stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and listening to all the birdsong, or watching the sun go down at the end of the day. It’s a great location for exploring most areas of the Sibillini national park or for popping into Ascoli Piceno. Dori is the perfect host: very welcoming, thoughtful and attentive. She warned us of a road closure and booked us a table at the local restaurant. We aso met the owners who were delightful.

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

A unique and overwhelming experience! Ideal for spending a day away from the city and in full contact with nature. The stilt house is a magical and enchanted place surrounded by greenery where you can observe the landscape of the forest. The interior of the structure is well cared for in every detail, a mini SPA with a Japanese bathtub makes the stay romantic and pleasant. The owner Annalisa is super kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any request. The aperitif with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by their wine is truly out of this world! We were also able to eat the pizza from the property's wood-fired oven, very good! I would say it was a super experience and worth doing again!
