We had the most incredible stay at Mattia and Daniela’s place—an absolute gem in Lake Como. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect: peaceful, quiet, and the kind of breathtaking views that truly stay with you. Mattia was beyond responsive and generous throughout our entire stay. He and Daniela went above and beyond in every way, making us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The home itself was spotless, beautifully inviting, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was exactly the peaceful escape we hoped for—if not better—and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Thank you again, Mattia and Daniela, for such an unforgettable experience. Giulio’s home is a perfect and comfortable home with all amenities available. The location was too quiet for our liking with not much activity around the area especially restaurants patisserie’s etc . Also make sure you purchase all your groceries before checking in as there’s no local supermarket nearby. Fortunately we hired a car so we drive to the local Aldi 15 min drive away for supplies. Roads are narrow so small car highly recommended ( generally much of the area around the lake is the same) Giulio himself as a host is friendly and very responsive and accommodating ( let us check in early on the day) He is always available to assist wherever he can. Great place to chill out and relax at night after a busy day round the lake! Highly recommended !

Cristian was very proactive, responsive, and professional. If you want to visit Lake Como I highly recommend this place. I will likely stay here again if I visit Como in the future. Beautiful views and a one of a kind terrace/rooftop to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.
