The independent family cottage of 70 m² (ideal for a family/couple with children) is fully equipped, has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen open to a large bright living room. You can freely enjoy the park, the pond and the pool area located on the edge of the woods (swimming pool from June to September).

It has one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
