Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.

Deemed a Retirement home for Horses and cows, you can spend your evenings watching Ruby, Maddy, Star, Mountain girl and all the other wonderful animals we have roaming the 13 acres behind the house. Of course they are all friendly and appreciate any and all attention!

Come stay at our brand new property, this beautifully furnished cabin just minutes from Norris Lake and situated conveniently close to town. This 2400 sq ft cabin has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
