Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

Update: A thank you to all my guest who booked with TFP in 2024. My guest request for 2024. Host responds new lamps in LR @ Creekbend with USB port, closet storage master bedroom for hanging suits, shirts, pants etc. High chair for toddler, standing floor mirror/chest GP master bedroom. A make-up vanity station, master bathroom, crock pot and casserole dishes and finally a ottoman in the master bedroom. Standby for updated pics to reflect the visible changes. Gorgeous mountain views with lake access less than one mile away. From a day filled with family fun on the lake to riding ATVs in the mountains, our guests have no problem staying entertained. In the evening enjoy the super sized patio and unwind while overlooking a gorgeous mountain sunset or get out and catch fireflies while the horses roam in the front yard.

Whether you are looking to hit the trails or wanting a beautiful scenic getaway, this is your home! We are between the Royal Blue & Tackett trail system so no need to trailer your SxS with trails 10 min in either direction. After a long day kick back and enjoy our hot tub & game room! Looking to travel and site see...Norris Lake 30min, Knoxville 1hr, Pigeon Forge 1 1/2hr, and Gatlinburg 2hr.

The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.
