Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet.

Great stay - and perfect for a visit to Beak & Skiff. The property was beautiful with an enormous pool / backyard area! Michael was very accessible and responsive, thank you for the hospitality!

Entire Home with patio/firepit/beak&skiff

We loved this house and the surrounding area - very peaceful and serene - and looks exactly like the photos. The house was beautiful both inside and out with all the modern conveniences we could have wanted: smart TVs, Nest thermostat, well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous Moen shower, and grill. We didn't have a chance to use the fire-pit, but it looked very inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had plenty of pillows and blankets. In addition to all that, the host Nadine was amazing - the most responsive and kind host we have ever had. We felt so cared for and relaxed knowing that she was a message or call away. We would give this property and host more than 5 stars if that were an option! Can't wait to come back!

The quirky little space was perfect for our needs. It was very close to Lafayette where I had to do some business. It was very cosy and welcoming and our host provided us with an extra sleeping area As the space is designed for one person. We felt very welcomed and I had a great landing spot to do our tasks in the area. Thank you!

Luxury Lakehouse on the water!

Just returned home from our stay at Max’s home and it was absolutely gorgeous! We had a total of 9 guests (4 adults, 3 teenagers & 2 children) and there was plenty of space for all of us! This is by far the cleanest AirBNB I have ever stayed in. Our weather unfortunately was not the best so we did spend a bit more time indoors than anticipated but that was ok with me! The fire pit right on the lake was perfect and the upstairs deck was so relaxing (especially for morning coffee). Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen & dining space was top notch. I cannot recommend this property enough! You will not be disappointed!
