Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay in the Luna yurt! Being surrounded by the wilderness and hiking in the area really allowed us to take a break from our busy lives and relax. It’s in a central location so a little drive to Watkin Glen State park was the highlight of our trip, as well as being relatively close to Ithaca and Syracuse. The yurt had everything we needed, having a fully stocked kitchen and a comfy living space. The 150ft walk to the yurt seemed intimidating but was quite quick and cleared out. Jan and Ken were such warm hosts and responded quickly with any questions we had. We’re already thinking about when our next visit will be! Thanks for everything!
