Pot is legal in Colorado, so you may smell a faint odor of pot. My place is 23 minutes or 14 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 20 minutes or 13 miles from Dicks sporting goods Park, 7 miles from Coors Field, and 9 min or three miles to downtown Denver. My bright and cozy 3 bedroom home is 2 doors away from a beautiful and serene park and only a bike/short hike from adorable Old Town Lafayette (great restaurants and shopping) as well as Lake Waneka (with gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Plus I just added a brand new hot tub! You will love my home and it’s very safe neighborhood!
