This area offers easy walking access to a wide variety of activities: hiking and mountain biking in the lush local trails, paddling and swimming at several beaches. Steps to bike and running trail (a.k.a the seawall). One underground parking space is included. (Max Height 6’8’’ but nearby parking if your vehicle is higher than standard) We live in the adjacent room and upstairs, and available to help you with any questions or local tips.
