Start your morning with a coffee on the balcony with breathtaking view to lake Wolfgangsee and the surrounding mountains. Away from the crowds still closeby (12 min walk to the lake). Relax at the lake, walk in the forests, enjoy the fresh alpine air, bike along the valley, take the cable car or a train the mountain peaks.

The heart of this old furnished building is probably the cozy living room with tiled stove and kitchen in winter, and plenty of wood is of course provided. From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory is inspiring. The barely used side street also offers additional peace. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for a ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschlsee.
