Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lachine Canal

Great place to stay, very cozy and comfortable. This house is close to everything there is to see in Montreal, 15min-25min with traffic ti the main attractions. The corner store across the street made it convconvient to buy any last minute essentials. The kitchen is very well supplied. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for any large groups who are visiting Montreal to be close drive to all the staples of the city and enjoy the peaceful and welcoming vibe of the house with the vintage style decor. We loved it !!!!

Great place to stay outside of Montreal! It rained a lot of the weekend we stayed so we were happy to have a spacious place that had so many amenities while we were there! It’s about a 30-45 minute drive into the city and was in a very peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to families with children as there was a lot of toys and activities for kids to do at the house

Christine’s place is in a great location, very walkable neighborhood, public transportation and Bike/running trails are nearby. Restaurants and convenience stores are all around the block. The entire apartment is very clean and Christine is a responsive host. The room and bathroom are perfectly functional and clutter free. Though there weren’t sheets for the sofa bed, Christine brought a new set the next day! The only issue was that pool in the pictures is not accessible. They are in the next door building, there were posted notices stating that the Exalto apartment building residents do not have access to them. Regardless, a great place to stay and enjoy Montréal.

Ryan’s place was great to stay at. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. The place was very clean and Ryan gave us privacy but was very responsive as well which was great. Parking was easy and very convenient. No complaints. Would come back.

We enjoyed staying at Brooke’s place. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood just blocks away from downtown. The metro stations are close by so it was easy to visit attractions across the city. Brooke is very thoughtful and had included nice breakfast items for us during our stay.

Great place. 2 things to note. It’s next to a strip club and a nightclub. The nightclub wasn’t an issue for our unit while sleeping since it doesn’t face it, but the strip club will cause some noise at night. Was only really an issue on the weekend portion. If you account for those 2, everything else was solid. Pretty safe, well situated, and easy to access a lot of Montreal from it. Close ish to 2 subway stations and there’s a bus line that passes by on st Laurent. Check in process was really easy and required no handover of keys. Checkout seemed similarly easy. Place was clean and internet reliable. Plenty of glassware, dinnerware, and cooking utensils although didn’t really use anything but the glassware. Shower is nice and spacious. Water was reliably hot. Well stocked on the towels front. Overall would likely stay here again for future stays.

Henry’s home was exactly as listed. Quiet street, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Henry was very helpful and responsive when we encountered a problem and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy in his home. A very kind and accommodating person, we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Henry.

Awesome place! Stayed with a big group for F1 weekend, had a lot of fun. Hosts were responsive, place was well-maintained. Walking/driving distance from all the places we needed to be in Montreal.

Loved our stay at Jennifer and Steeve's beautiful home. We've stayed at Airbnb's all over the world and found their house to be our favorite. We loved the private back garden and quiet reading nooks throughout. Beautifully decorated and filled with amazing art. Kitchen has everything you will need to cook a fine meal and even to hold a family bakeoff on a lazy rainy day. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and traffic of downtown and the tourist traps in the old port. Easy walk to parks, playgrounds, a few decent restaurants and a fabulous bakery. We hope to return next summer!

Marie was very polite and professionally communicated everything about the place we stayed at and what was around the area as well. We all enjoyed our stay it felt like home away from home.

L' adaptation partiel pour une personne en fauteuil roulant,c est super! Les moins: Le réseau internet moyen. Unique salle de bain, pas de ventilation. Le divan est inconfortable.Certains équipements seraient dû à être renouvelés.Tiques présentes. Bref, je recommande cette maison. J' y retournerais sans hésitation.C'est un endroit magnifique. Près de l'autoroute, des restaurants et des services. Merci énormément à nos hôtes.

this is my second time staying here, and it was every bit as good as the first time. parking is easy with a space behind the unit, a quick walk to restaurants and and the metro leaves you close enough to the city, but still feeling like a local in a quiet neighborhood. can't wait to come back

Le quartier est parfait ! Métro accessible a pied en une dizaine de minute. La rue Wellington et ses nombreux commerces et restaurant aussi. La maison est très propre, fonctionnelle. Ariane à été toujours à notre écoute et arrangeante. Milles merci !

From the start, Nicolas was so responsive to my ever long list of questions. So helpful in getting us into the home when our plane landed and helpful with sharing how it's best to get to the home. Great recommendations of places to eat. Helped us with Metro as well. So many great restaurants within walking distance and the close proximity to the Metro station was so helpful with us heading to downtown Montreal. We hope to come stay here again!

Great location to stay. We had everything we needed here. The location was great for us as it was only a short walk to the main downtown area streets. The parking was super easy to access and the host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Le Baldwin was the perfect place for us to stay during Grand Prix weekend. We appreciated being within walking distance of the metro, but being a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Montreal. The unit was clean, well stocked with towels and kitchen needs, and was very quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and the free street parking was a plus. Rosemarie was very friendly and responsive over messaging and gave us clear instructions on check-in, check-out, and when/where to move our car to avoid a ticket during street cleaning. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Our family had wonderful time in Montreal. Kim's place is very modern, spacious and I am already missing the views from the terrace!
