Peaceful oasis! We absolutely adored our stay here. It was remote but surrounded by beautiful towns and villages to explore. The place itself was perfect for what we needed and just spending time outside in nature/farms. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. It was so quiet we felt we were fully alone and could fully switch off. There was everything you needed kitchen and bbq etc. Would love to come back.

Great stay! The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well equipped, exactly as described. Very good location, with several nice towns nearby for sightseeing.

A wonderful place to stay, surrounded by nature and animals. Very clean and welcoming, and Dominique went over and above to allow us to check in early. Would highly recommend.

We were greeted by Lucille , who spoke perfect English and Monsieur . We were shown all about the house, how to operate the jacuzzi and given excellent recommendations for the area. The booklet was invaluable particularly for village market days. The house is so attractively deco and so comfortable with everything you need to make your stay troubles free and relaxing. As we are from Australia we loved cooking outside on the BBQ. Being supplied with wraps for the jacuzzi was much appreciated as was the jacuzzi after climbing lots of steps visiting the castles. Our hosts all came to farewell us which was a lovely friendly touch. We thank you all for your lovely home and generous spirit of welcome. This is an excellent Perigord base and we strongly recommend it.

If you're looking for a quiet oasis in the countryside, this is the place to be! The view is magnificent, the sunset a dream. The treehouse is comfortably furnished, in the kitchen there are the most important utensils so you can cook well at home. In the vicinity there are countless small tranquil villages, which are among the most beautiful places in France. In the preseason, some activities, such as canoeing, are usually not yet open, which did not bother us as we mainly focused on hiking and resting. Anne is a wonderful hostess - she was quickly available for questions and stopped by if necessary. Gladly again :-)

Exceptional!! Everything was absolutely perfect, the place is beautiful and very well decorated. Gilles and Nicole are extremely kind and made us feel very welcome in their haven. We were also able to enjoy the hot tub, the heated pool and the small vegetable garden in their garden. The optional breakfast was also delicious. These few days in their cottage were a real enchanted break.

A step before our walk to Rocamadour. The idea, to relax. Smooth transition between work and walking. Contract fulfilled, small, very functional accommodation, beautiful terrace, deckchairs that are good, quiet and a jacuzzi within walking distance. Nothing but happiness. I recommend it without worries.

Coming for a few days to Sarlat, we are more than delighted to have been able to stay in Isabelle's home! The location is ideal, the accommodation is absolutely charming, spacious and well-equipped. Thanks to Ange for getting us set up, and thanks also for the bouquet, it's a lovely touch! ☺️ We'll be happy to go back!

Very beautiful quiet house with two large bedrooms. Missing some kitchen essentials (oil, salt, sugar...). Note that this accommodation is located in an agricultural environment (market gardener), possibility of presence of tractors.

What a charm when you arrive in Marcillac-Saint-Quentin! The driveway reveals a wooded and well-kept park with a large shared swimming pool. Exceptional hospitality from Mariette and Jacques! Mariette is discreet, attentive, very sweet and generous and has a sense of hospitality. The exposed stone house has a private garden with table, deckchairs and BBQ. - On the ground floor, freshness is welcome: equipped kitchen, Louis Philippe living room, renovated furniture. Majestic open fireplace, ready to be lit. Another nice touch. - Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms, also well-kept. Quality bedding and linens. Pleasure from the morning to open the windows, listen to the birds singing and watch the squirrel jumping from tree to tree. The house located 10 min from Sarlat, not far from Lascaux, is perfect for reconnecting with nature. It's a peaceful haven with beautiful energy. We'll be happy to go back! I would highly recommend it

Very welcoming hosts in a great accommodation: very clean, very well equipped and close to many tourist spots. Only downside: a little noisy with the road but I highly recommend it

Claude and Marie-Christine's place is a real little haven of peace, very welcoming and responsive hosts. the little outdoor space is very nice and relaxing! Everything is done to feel at home there! nothing is missing! the environment is beautiful and absolutely quiet! it's an address that I keep precious!!

Quiet apartment, great location with exceptional views, consistent with the photos. Comfortable, good bedding. The only downside: the blackout curtains in the bedrooms are not effective, they let the daylight in. Flexible and easy to check in and check out.

I highly recommend Jean Yves's nice place. Located in a small village typical of the Cœur de Causse, quiet, we enjoyed our Lotois stay as a family. Jean Yves is the best, very welcoming, responsive, we will definitely be back!

Dominique and Francois really did their utmost to make me feel comfortable. Always available...never intrusive and very helpful and friendly. Also a quiet sweet dog (Django) The garden is beautiful and the cottage comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good shower...great bed, full kitchen. Easy access to the river with the option to dock your own boat at one of the jetties. In short...I had a TOP holiday and have already booked again. Dominique and Francois....thank you!!!!

Great place to stay if you plan to come to the Lot. The house is very beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. Birdie was very available and responded favorably to all our requests. The garden is very nice for dinner in the evening. We will definitely be back here if we return to the area.

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

Peaceful and quiet place, as we like. The accommodation is simple and functional. The pool is a plus after a beautiful hike! Philippe is both present and discreet. It's a place to recommend.

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Very nice cottage, which is in the heart of nature. The environment is very quiet. The cottage has a lot of amenities for children which is very nice. Our host is very responsive to messages.

It is a great and homely furnished home. Lots of privacy, and beautiful views from really any space! We immediately felt at home. At the beginning we had a request to Nathalie, which was immediately arranged for us, really great. In short: highly recommended, also because it is a perfect base for the area between the rivers Dordogne and the Vésère, near the beautiful town of Sarlat.

A lovely peaceful place to relax. The house is very cosy and has a nice area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The pool is nice and large, and along with and the many other leisure facilities very well looked after. Alan and Fanny were very friendly and gave us some good tips on places to visit. It's a very short walk into the village where the Forge restaurant is well worth a visit.

Our stay was fabulous. The house was better than it was in the photo, comfortable, nice, clean and cozy. I want to note that the pillows and blankets are extremely comfortable, which is rare. Nature is great: we enjoyed walking, fresh air, birds, BBQ and pool. The kids were a delight! Hosts are very polite, nice, and helpful. We had a very good rest, thank you!!
