"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Vacation home 30 m² approx., lake 2.5 km ocean 9 km: 2-burner glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, mini fridge, microwave, mini oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, TV, hairdryer... Bedroom 1 double bed (160), storage, 1 sofa in the living room, bathroom toilet, with Italian shower. Terrace with table and parasol, garden. For hygiene reasons, it is advisable to bring your own sheets (otherwise, rental upon request).
