Relax during your getaway in southern Ardèche in this quiet accommodation located on the second floor of our house Le Bruit de L'Eau, in the heart of Labeaume, a village of character nestled at the foot of the cliffs and two minutes from the river. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, our apartment can accommodate up to four people. Guests can enjoy the calm and freshness of the inner courtyard of the house, in the shade of the linden tree, or activities in the village square.

The SAROZO farmhouse is located in a hamlet of Grospierres. There are 2 separate 60 m2 cottages (an old barn). The cottage is made of typical Ardeche stone, consisting of a large living room with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two large mezzanine bedrooms. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.
