On the plateau of the classified village of Labeaume, a few hundred meters from the river, the 3-star accommodation is located in a green setting (cork oaks, aromatic plants, limestone plates typical of Labeaume), a breathtaking view of the Sampson rock. The house is minutes away from Vallon Pont d'Arc, Chauvet Cave 2. For a beautiful Ardèche vacation, the house is equipped with a large 7.5 m x 3.5 m swimming pool, an outdoor gas barbecue.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.
