Great amenities. Everything is available in the kitchen. Sauna great, really hot. I thought it was a great stay. Everything tip top! Child-friendly furnishings. We were already able to address the tiny minor deficiencies on site. So everything takko!!! The only thing that wasn't so good was the inflexible check-in and check-out times. We will be happy to come back.

We spent a weekend climbing in Ith. Ria's place is perfect for this. Everything was as described and in the morning there were fresh eggs for breakfast. The property is large and beautiful and quiet. You can barbecue, splash in the pool and can use the entire garden. What else could you ask for? We will be happy to come back. 😀

Especially the outdoor area, the many seating areas and the pool were highlights of our stay. We were somewhat disturbed by the beds: 3 of them are children's beds and 2 is a mattress on the floor - that's bearable for 7 adults for a few days. Otherwise, it's a great house, great location with proximity to Hanover and yet quiet at the edge of the field. The price is of course very high - but you have the pool. Overall, a great visit

We were allowed to spend a week in Mike and Sandra's house during Easter. The location of the house is great. If you're looking for peace, this is the place to be. The house is very high quality and tastefully decorated. From art on the walls, stylish lamps on the ceiling to glasses, vases, etc....everything high quality and tasteful. We were a total of 5 people and dogs and none of us thought of anything that could be missing or what you could have done better. We also used the sauna and were able to swim in the swimming pond afterwards....at the current temperatures it was more of a cooling dive bath🤣, but summer is not there yet. In the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms there is everything you could think of. Upon arrival, even Lindt Easter bunnies and treats were provided for the dogs, as well as towels for the dogs, chardonnay and water to welcome them in the fridge. Thanks for the great days with you!

A really great vacation rental! Everything was very clean, cozy and you immediately feel comfortable. The location in a quiet and beautiful residential area is ideal to unwind and leave everyday life behind. We also noticed the friendliness of the hosts – very courteous and helpful. Perfect for a few relaxing days. We would come back anytime!

We had booked two nights as a family (4 people) and were very satisfied with the equipment and size of the apartment. The cleanliness of the premises is particularly noteworthy and bakery/ restaurants are within walking distance. In short, we had a very nice weekend and would book with Anita again at any time. We (4 adults) felt completely comfortable. The house is cozy and clean and equipped with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the tranquility and idyll on the terrace and in the garden. The Steinhuder Meer invites you to many activities in the immediate vicinity. The contact with Dorit was very good and straightforward. In a nutshell: It was beautiful and we would love to come back. Excellent location, photos show exactly what the place is like. For those who want to go to an event at Deustchland Messe (Hannover Messe, Ligna, etc.), it's really worth it! Very comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. My wife and I stayed and everything was great. Hostess super fine people.

The place was very clean, well maintained and modern. Ibrahim was always very friendly and helpful. He was always responsive to our messages. The proximity to the exhibition center was very important to us. It was only a 10 minute walk. We are extremely happy with the place and can highly recommend Ibrahim. It is a beautiful holiday home.. good for group stay.. though it was raining a lot so we couldn’t really make good use of the beautiful outdoor spaces. Everything that one needs is there.. she is one of the best hosts ever. She even came to pick us up at the stop with her son.. she welcomed us with milks and yogurts and fruits.. she was helpful at every point and I d say even went out of way to be most useful for us. The location is great quite nice and peaceful, with a supermarket at walking distance and a beautiful river around the corner.. In our case it was a long travel everyday as we were there to be a part of the fair at hannover messe.. which took nearly an hour to reach by changing trams n train.. so as an exhibitor stay somewhere close to the fair ground or maximum near the HBF station. Apart from that this is almost a perfect holiday home with the best possible host.

Very nice place and lots of space. Close to Mese. If you use Uber, then plan ahead, they take 15-20min to arrive.

Andreas is a very attentive and kind host. The apartment is super clean and very well equipped - even for our two children absolutely everything necessary was available - thank you very much for that! We can say without hesitation that this was our best Airbnb experience so far and can fully recommend Andreas' accommodation!

I recommend this house.

Everything was fine, the accessibility on foot was "somewhat exhausting" - from the train station a good 30 minutes through the city of Sarstedt, to tram line 1 a quarter of an hour. To get to the center of Hanover, it takes about 60 minutes from the property. But the place itself was great! There was nothing missing.

The accommodation is very well located in relation to the Mass. We were very satisfied with this booking, and our host was very easy to communicate with. Very clean, refurbished and a beautiful yard available.
