Hugh windows provide plenty of natural light in the open-concept living area. 📍 Very central yet quiet: 8 min to the airport and 20 min to the trade fair. 🛒 Everything (shopping, cinema, restaurants, doctors) in walking distance or easily reachable by public transport (airport, trade fair, city center).

Our house - from the year 2022 - impresses with a beautiful view, large garden and pool with cover. We would recommend the house to a family with up to 4 children. Due to its proximity to the Hannover/Laatzen Exhibition Grounds (about 10 minutes by car), it can of course also be used for event or trade fair visitors. *Current* In short, there are more sleeping places / houses available in the house and around the house. For larger events of about 20 or more guests, simply submit a request.

Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Attic apartment Wohllebe

This listed house from 1910 was completely modernised in 2010. The apartment features sloping ceilings. The rotating fireplace allows you to either sit comfortably on the sofa and watch the crackling fire or relax in the comfortable bed and enjoy the flames. In summer, air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures. You are located in a quiet side street off Hildesheimer Straße, just two minutes from the Bothmerstraße tram stop, served by lines 1, 2, and 8.

In the village and yet central

Our apartment is located in a two-family house in Fischbeck. It is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony. The apartment is very conveniently located for cyclists and has very good connections to Hameln. The bus runs every half hour during the week. Hanover can also be reached via the A2 or the federal highway within 45 minutes. In the village there is a good restaurant, Greek snack bar, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor.

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
