Great apartment, quite spacious with beautiful views of Monaco Bay, as well as the Odeon Tower. The apartment has a basement parking space and many services are available: gym and pool. The residence is very clean, the principality of Monaco is less than 5 minutes by car, count 10 minutes to get to the casino square during a big event such as the top brands, grand prix. The price is very good considering the location and the period, I would recommend it.

We had a fantastic week at Christophe and Fabrice's apartment. They were very helpful and let us drop are bags off early while they cleaned the place. Christophe and Fabrice were also vey responsive to our querires before and during our stay. We were met by Fabrice who was very friendly and gave us a great introduction to the apartment and Nice. The apartment was in an ideal location. 10 minutes walk to the station and 5 minutes walk away from the nearest tramm stop and the beach. Considering its location it was also relatively calm and quiet in the evening. The terrace was great place to wind down with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Lovely decor. Could not find any faults with the place. Thank you Christophe and Fabrice.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our accommodations! This delightful apartment was the perfect size for us, well decorated and peaceful. It is convenient to just about anywhere you want to explore, but there is plenty to do even if you just stay in the beautiful local area. We loved the beach, the gorgeous rooftop pool, the array of restaurants, the natural attractions and the market across the street. Many thanks to Florian, a thoughtful, friendly and welcoming host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thrilled to have found this gem and are already looking forward to booking it again!

We loved staying at Diego’s Airbnb. This was our second time in Nice and really loved the location of this Airbnb. Diego was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb! He was super responsive and helpful with all questions . We also loved the extra touches he had around the Airbnb and really made the experience special. The bathroom was spotless and the rain shower is amazing. We were also grateful for the washing machine with everything we needed provided. Would highly recommend and don’t hesitate to book!

We had an amazing 3 night stay in Nice. The apartment was spotless - we felt right at home, with the bonus of such a large outdoor terrace - and is well located near a tram station and a choice of supermarkets and bakeries. We had a lovely time in this apartment. Pascal kindly met us in person earlier than the usual check-in time, explained us everything needed and shared with us good tips for the area. The location is best for people who prefer quiet and beautiful places (family place). There was everything we needed in the apartment. The view from the terrace is stunning. We had day trips to visit Cannes, Monaco, Nice, Menton, Antibes and it was good opportunity to combine travel with vacation. The beach is very close with fine sands and normal water level, clean and not crowded. The supermarket in the same residence is very good. There is a bus going from the airport to the residence, Pascal helped us with that. Allover, we recommend this apartment and Pascal as a host. Thank you Pascal!

The apartment is about a 17-minute walk from the city centre, making it a convenient yet peaceful location. It's close to a Carrefour supermarket, which is handy for groceries. The flat itself is clean, compact, and cozy - perfect for a comfortable stay. It’s well-equipped with everything you might need.

Super conveniently located to the tram and very nice, modern bathroom. And there was even a bottle of rosé waiting to welcome us! Perfect!

Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Martha's AirBnB is in an incredible location. We enjoyed only having to step out the door to be on the Promenade des Anglais where we went on long walks every evening. This apartment/condo is definitely on the larger side for European standards and there was more than enough space for all 4 of us. Having 2 separate bathrooms was very convenient. We wouldn't hesitate to book this AirBnB again!

Thanks to Gaëlle, we had a lovely stay. The apartment is conveniently located for visiting Menton, accessing shops and the beach on foot. We found a very clean and well-equipped apartment. Parking is a real plus because parking spaces are popular. Our hostess left us suggestions for visits. It was superb. Thank you so much.

This place was incredibly convenient, located very close to the Cannes Lions venue. Whenever I had any issues, the host responded immediately, which was a huge help. The amenities and thoughtful touches—like slippers and other essentials—went far beyond any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Cannes. Truly exceptional hospitality.

Super nice apartment on the 2nd floor with incredible views of the beach and sea. Close to everything. Shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and beautiful alleys. But the best thing was the proximity to the beach right across the street. Extra luxurious with a bakery on the ground floor with fresh baguettes every day!

It was a clean and pretty accommodation. The advantage of being spacious and comfortable was very great, and it was nice to feel at home while staying in a somewhat unfamiliar city called Nice. Most of all, the host's response was very quick and kind, so I felt reassured.

We received a warm and very friendly welcome from Valerie and Pascal. They shared generosity and were great tips! Their lovely home is very clean and well equipped. We recommend it to everyone and will return without hesitation!

My husband and myself, along with 3 young adult children stayed at Anna's beautiful home for 7 days. With the home being 4 floors, we each had plenty of space for ourselves as well as common areas - kitchen, living, balcony to spend time together. The location was perfect - easily walkable to the train station and all the restaurants/shops in old town Antibes, as well as the beach! Easy access to other areas in the French Riviera by train (i.e. Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna's home and can't think of any amenity that was missing. Highly recommend, especially for families or larger groups!

Great value for money. For a couple, this studio is perfect, we were able to enjoy the terrace for an aperitif. Access to a washing machine was very useful. Everything was perfect, both the hospitality and the accommodation. Thanks

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It also has a terrace and garden with stupendous sea views. We particularly enjoyed dining alfresco every nIght of our stay. Jean-Marc is a very attentive and responsive host. The private road leading to the house is short (only 800 meters) but narrow, steep and sinuous. A bit breathtaking the first time but fine after that. There is a good supermarket with interior parking at the beginning of the private road to the house.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

We had an exceptional stay. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. Beautiful setting to stay in the south. The garden is very well maintained and offers a very relaxing setting. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the weather, but it's very large. The kitchen is very well equipped. The villa is very well located for a trip to the region, 10 minutes from the highway, and just 30 minutes from Nice. Our hosts were very welcoming with a little surprise for our arrival. I recommend it 100%, everything was really perfect.
