The house is in the heart of Piriac-sur-mer, a small authentic seaside village that smells like Brittany. On site, no need to take your car, all the shops are within walking distance. The market and the beaches too.

The central location of this house promotes "everything on foot" (beaches, marina, market, shops, multisport land...). The salt pool (9 X 3) is heated from April to October and is just for you! To enjoy as soon as you arrive, the beds are made. Linens are provided with everything you need for maintenance. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).
