The central location of this house makes it easy to do "everything on foot" (beaches, marina, market, shops, etc.). The saltwater pool (9 X 3), heated from April to October (depending on the outside temperatures), is for your exclusive use! To discover (or rediscover): the medieval city of Guérande, the salt marshes, La Baule... but also the islands with immediate departure from the port.
