Vacation rentals with a patio in La Tronche

Excellent stay at Neil's place. mlMyself and some friends went there to cycle the alpes. The location could not be better for rising as well as walking into town for some food and drink. Two sun terraces, parking, and comfortable bedding, as well as great communications and recommendations.

A beautiful two bedroom apartment in a historical Villa surrounded by a French style garden which we absolutely loved! We were welcomed by Damien and felt right at home in the flat. We loved big windows, lots of light, and attention to detail that Damien demonstrated by decorating a Christmas tree for us and preparing a welcome gift - some candies. The bathroom in the main bedroom is spacious and beautifully designed. We especially loved the combination of traditional elements and modernity, such as electric stove that looked like a traditional 19th century one. A fireplace is another great feature. It makes you feel like being in a French chateau. All in all, a great stay in a great place with kind and welcoming host. We can highly recommend the flat and Damien!

Logement impeccable et hôtes très réactif !

Le logement est très fonctionnel avec une terrasse agréable et une chambre pouvant accueillir 4personnes. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour faire la cuisine. Très bon rapport qualité prix et parfait pour un week-end à la montagne entre amis

Un accueil parfait. Hôte très disponible. Un logement très agréable qui nous a permis de faire une bonne pause. Calme, chaleureux.

Le logement est très facile d'accès (quartier des Écloses), parking gratuit juste devant la résidence (très pratique !). Instructions d'Agathe très claires. C'est une hôte très réactive et très sympathique ! L'appartement correspond aux photos. A été refait à neuf. Parfait pour 1 couple et 2 enfants max. Super vue avec une petite terrasse : c'est très agréable ! Tout peut se faire à pied : centre station, boutiques, patinoire, piscine, luge sur rail, location de ski, accès pistes (via l'alpes express gratuit). Nous avons passé un très bon weekend ! Je recommande !

La cuisine est bien équipée, les chambres sont de bonnes dimensions et les ventilateurs sont appréciés. Seul bémol, c'est l'odeur d'égout qui émane de la toilette en permanence, mais qui, heureusement, n'empeste pas tout l'appartement. Je recommande tout de même

Wir haben uns direkt super wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist ein Traum für Architekturfans und die Vintageeinrichtung zusammen mit modernen Klassikern ist einfach toll. Die individuelle Kücheninsel hat uns besonders begeistert. Der Garten der wie ein Atrium vom Haus halb umschlossen wird bietet einen geschützten und privaten Raum der von außen nicht einsehbar ist. Es war alles zum Kochen vorhaden und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Man ist hier ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und alles war schnell zu erreichen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Casa accogliente e super confortevole, cucina spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort, bagno con doccia separata, lavastoviglie, salotto con libri e giochi per adulti e bambini. Letti confortevoli, riscaldamento ottimale. Host super gentile e disponibile, siamo stati in inverno e le piste da sci sono a mezz'ora di auto, cittadine splendide, la campagna con animali dove c'è la casa molto rilassante. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Maison propre, agréable. Terrasse exterieur avec barbecue. Gare à proximité. il y a un Cahier dans la maison avec de nombreuses recommandations a proximité. Nous étions avec nos vélos, nombreuses pistes cyclables. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Nous recommandons ce logement .

Beautiful, clean, big space. Easy to walk around the town and close to skiing areas. We stayed here to visit a friend in town and it was perfect for our group of 4 and a baby!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'espace séjour avec le poêle est très agréable en hiver, le logement est lumineux, bien équipé. Communication simple et fluide avec Valérie.

Magnifique chalet, très bien équipé et avec une vue à coupé le souffle ! La piscine et le jardin sont très sympa, il y a tous ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir profité pleinement : transat, jeux de piscine, salon de jardin, barbecue ... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Merci Nicolas de nous avoir accueilli chez vous cette semaine. J’ai passé une merveilleuse semaine avec ma famille, hors du temps et à la hauteur de ce que j’espérais. La vue du logement était magnifique et le confort du logement était parfait. Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement.

Superbe appartement, très propre et lumineux. On s’y sent bien, on n’y est pas à l’étroit, il y a des jeux pour les enfants et un bel espace dehors. Tout était parfait pour nous !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La résidence possède de belles installations, est proche des remontées mécaniques et restaurants. L'équipe a été très accueillante et à l'écoute.

Martine heeft een heerlijk plekje gecreëerd voor haar gasten. Ze was aanwezig waar nodig en gaf ons verder de ruimte om op onszelf te zijn en te genieten van haar lekkere zwembad. We hebben het heel fijn gehad hier.
