Smoking friendly vacation rentals in La Talanguera

Highly recommend for a walkable location in San Juan Del Sur. Our favourite was the private balcony! Great place to have coffee with an expansive view of the surrounding local area. We felt totally safe as it's a little ways up from the main road, but still very accessible (as long as you can manage stairs). Ruddy and his family are wonderful, always willing to help since they live downstairs while still giving us privacy. Ruddy provided transportation to our next location at a great price. Communication was phenomenal via What's App with his brother, Marvin who provided awesome recommendations, and even went above and beyond to assist with a medical issue. Muchas gracias!!! Overall, the apartment suited our needs. We were able to cook breakfast and do our own laundry which was a bonus. Also enjoyed the smart tv with Netflix, AC, wifi, and storage space. Note that transportation is required to reach the surf breaks, but this is a great choice for visiting San Juan Del Sur :)

¡Una experiencia increíble en Playa Maderas! El lugar es muy bonito, rodeado de naturaleza y con una vista espectacular. La cabina estaba impecable, muy bonita y cómoda, perfecta para descansar. La piscina es excelente y se disfruta muchísimo, sobre todo al atardecer. El host fue muy amigable y siempre atento a todo lo que necesitáramos. La atención en general fue de primera. Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver.

Très beau séjour, petit logement confortable. J’ai passé 3 semaines et c’était super! J’ai aimé l’hôtesse. Toujours serviable, attentionné, proactive. J’ai demandé un mélangeur et elle est venue m’en apporter un. J’ai demandé un endroit pour faire le lavage. Est elle qui s’en ai occupé pour peu de frais. J’ai bien aimé et je vais retourner assurément!! Merci

Lugar muy cómodo. Excelente anfitrión. Súper atento en la comunicación, nos resolvió cualquier consulta en minutos. Nos sentimos súper seguros y apoyados.

Brian was fantastic! makes you feel very welcomed from the beginning, met us at check in, showed us around and recommended some great spots that we went to! the house is beautiful, well stocked, amazing pool and views! definitely take a 4 wheel drive 😅 but our little car made it

tres bon emplacement a 200 metres de l'ocean! tres proche de 2 supers spots de surf/bodyboard accessible a pied! tres calme, vous pouvez vous relaxer et dormir tranquille. proprietaires tres cool c'etait un plaisir de discuter tout les jours avec eux!

Sergio’s place is really cool. I wish we had more time to enjoy it, it was very unique and a beautiful setting. Highly recommend this place

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho la estadía: La cabaña es más grande que como se percibe en las fotos, tiene cocina equipada, cuartos amplios con aire acondicionado, la terraza linda para el desayuno o cena al aire libre, ducha con agua caliente, parqueo amplio, los muebles limpios y cómodos, está dentro de un bosque que escuchas todo el tiempo pajaritos y monos; hay guardas de seguridad siempre, vecinos tranquilos. Llegas a la playa caminando unos 10 minutos, al caminar vez crustáceos, estuvimos en el terreno privado frente a la playa, usamos la barbacoa para comidas calientes y asados, también cerca hay cafetines si quieres comprar alimentos o bebidas, la playa es limpia y tiene olas tranquilas, nuestros niños felices todo el tiempo. Definitivamente un lugar para desconectarse y recuperar energías. Volveríamos indudablemente!. Ramón muy amable y comunicativo siempre, gracias por todo.

Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue genial. Cumplió con todas las expectativas, teniendo una buena ubicación, siendo una casa excelente para familias numerosas, con buen acondicionamiento y comodidad. Sin duda alguna volvería a tener una estadía acá, 100% recomendable.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Till was very responsive. The beach is walking distance about 10-15 minute walk or you can drive down. The view from the property to the ocean is beautiful and spectacular. Our family enjoyed eating outside. The road to the house is under construction so be prepared to go through rocky/ gravel roads as it will take some time. Also, make sure to stop for groceries before going to the house as there is not much around and they close at 5pm. During our stay we had visitors at night 2 toads, 2 scorpions outside by the door and cute dogs/puppies that would come by each night. Each room has an AC unit which is a plus because it can get very hot. It’s a very private home and overall we felt safe our time there. Thank you Till for hosting us.

Margarita's place is a great spot for exploring nearby Popoya surf and comfortable enough to settle in with a book in the hammock after. Very close to a nearly empty beach nearby, and a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest surf breaks. Be sure to catch the fruit/veg truck when it goes by otherwise the nearby market has the essentials.

It was a great place to stay; my family and I were delighted with the house and, of course with the view it offers. A very comfortable home that truly feels like a home. Along with the amazing hospitality and easy communication with the owners, this house is a 11/10

excellent place a little bit of hard to find the location but besides that everything is fine the host treat you extremely well and the location is pretty beautiful

we stayed here for 5 weeks and we're very sat to leave. loads to do; easy walk into San Juan (slightly harder back). the best part of this house though was eliezer and his wife who look after it. they really looked after us and not only cleaned but booked massages; horse riding; fishing and taxis. very friendly and always on hand for any assistance. we loved staying here
