Pleasant T2 of 40 m2 with sea view 10 m from the beach, located in Saint Elme in the heart of the fishermen's district. This sunny T2 all year round is fully equipped (full kitchen, TV box, Wifi, air conditioning, bed linen and shower towels...). Easy to park (free 50 m away). The neighborhood is very lively in July and August but is very quiet the rest of the year. On site: Restaurants, bar with terrace on the sea and music, nautical base, beach, park, night market and (400 m) a carnival!

A big thank you to David for his responsiveness, his flexibility with check-in which was possible, his hospitality and the small touches on arrival. My little girl had a great time with the stuffed animals and little books and especially with the garden stones. The fact that David accepts animals is really an asset for us We will treasure this property. The house is really very nice and with everything you need for a short or long stay and above all so well located, the calm is a bonus i highly recommend it

Comfortable and functional apartment, well-equipped, we felt at home quickly. Matches photos and description. Thanks to Jean Louis for his responsiveness and flexibility especially upon arrival. The instructions were clear, which is very appreciable. The apartment is a good base for visiting the area. I would this property. The only small downside is the parking: you have to plan for a little walk if there is no space in the parking lot at the entrance of the building.

We had an exquisite welcome from Jasmine who showed us everything in the house and also for the city, even giving us tickets for the means to facilitate travel. I can only recommend it!

We had a great time in this completely renovated apartment, very pleasant to live in, spacious and bright, with a magnificent view. Central location to be able to do everything on foot and leave the car in the garage. The port and the fully pedestrianized city center are very nice. We also loved Portissol beach, 20 minutes' walk along a very nice path. Thanks to Maxime for his flexibility and kindness. We can't wait to come back!

We were lucky enough to spend a week in this great place. The location is really unbeatable, my absolute highlight is the terrace, from which we could watch the in and out ships and boats and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The accommodation is well equipped and located a little away from the busy city life, which was very right for us, and the sea can be reached quickly. Emmanuel & Audrey are very attentive hosts and responded quickly if there were any questions. I will always be happy to remember the beautiful time here in pictures and thoughts and highly recommend convincing myself personally!

We are very happy with our stay, Aurore and her husband are kind, very responsive, accommodating, give good advice and in addition we were able to bring our dog who was very well received! Close to the beach 8 min by car as well as the forest, really great for walks with our dog! We highly recommend this listing, you won't be disappointed!
