Great place, close to restaurant and many supermarkets. The hotel has its own beach with chairs and shade (palm trees). A really beautiful beach. You can rent a car, and it's next to a bus stop. It's walking distance to Anse Georgette, and Anse Lazio. I really recommend this place, if you're going to Praslin!

Nice and clean studio with a spacious bedroom (comfortable bed), large bathroom (incl. rain shower) and a small but well-equipped kitchen as well as a terrace overlooking a small bay with beach. Everything was new and in good condition, the room was cleaned daily. Marie Annette is a wonderful and very warm host and lives right next door. Try your own home-cooked dinner, served on the terrace, simply wonderful! Overall a great stay, we will be happy to come back

We had a very nice stay at Marie's place. We couldn't meet her but Penny took really good care of us. The place is actually bigger than what it looks, is well decorated and equipped. We have been able to access the pool which was very pleasant. We have been able to rent bikes and get them delivered directly at home thanks to Penny. Count 5min by bike to access Union Estate Park entrance (Source d'argent) and count around 10min by bike to reach the city center.

Apart from the initial misunderstanding about the transfer, the problem was resolved immediately,the rest is everything like being in the house, spacious and well cleaned bathroom and kitchen. Quiet but convenient location to reach all the beaches!!

The residence was very clean, well organized and very comfortable. I didn’t want to leave. Felt like home.

We felt very comfortable. Very friendly hosts who always help. They even lent us their bus ticket, were always available and we were able to store our luggage safely upon departure. In the evening, we asked for a rental car for the next day, in the morning at 8 am it was ready. The photos do not do the room justice, it is really much nicer and very comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily and when we once did not manage to do the dishes in the morning, this was also done for us. The accommodation is located on a short steep hill that is no problem, but it is difficult without a car for people who are not good on foot.

The receptionist was extremely helpful, and we received excellent information about the area. I forgot something in the apartment, and a friendly employee was very helpful and even arranged for my things to be flown to Mahe. I'm very satisfied and would come back again!

Family stay with 3-year-old children for 8 days. The house is perfect, clean, the bedding is wonderful. The pool is beautiful. Petra and Kevin her husband are super nice and available. Papaya every day to pick on the terrace, it's great!!! I highly recommend it because it is a very quiet place, the spaces are large, you feel very good in it!!! It is very well located because Anse Lazio is 15 minutes' drive. Supermarkets, beautiful beaches and good take away 5 minutes' drive. I recommend a car. Dave, Kevin's brother, gave us a private boat trip to Ile Cousine and a beautiful snorkeling spot. He was lovely and I also highly recommend it. Thank you so much for this beautiful stay!!!!

We stayed in this property for 5 nights. Very well placed, walking distance from the port, nearby shops and beautiful view from the balcony. Very quiet and not overlooked. Very clean and air-conditioned accommodation. Very welcoming and responsive host by message. Mimi, the cat, very nice and cuddly! A pleasure to renew! I would highly recommend!!!

It has been a pleasant stay at Myriam’s place. They were very nice, there is like relatives staying next door, friendly and don’t disturb at all. We felt at home, Brianson, was amazing, super helpful and always available. I will come back with a pleasure.

Dear Elje, Thank you for the restful and peaceful stay in your very clean, well-kept and quiet house. The beds were the first sleeping accommodations in years where we were able to sleep very well without complaints. We also thank you for the great and very fairly priced breakfast and highly recommend everyone to order it. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner 2x, but for budget reasons on the other days we did self-catering or ate takeout. The kitchen is well equipped, a filter coffee machine is not available (no big deal as the savvy traveler always has soluble coffee with them). Rooms very large, bathroom very original and huge, the air conditioning efficient and quiet as well as hardly any noise penetrates from the outside at night. You have to get used to the dog. If he bothers you, just tell him and he'll retreat. He barked twice briefly, why others criticize this I have no idea. Clear recommendation

As it says in the property heading cheap, probably the cheapest on the islands, and it most definitely is not the worst. Friendly, slightly quirk host couple who insisted on providing free dinners, a few minutes walk to the beach, well equipped kitchen and fully stocked shop virtually in the same building. Air conditioning and wifi worked, friendly dog. A commendable nuance is that this was built on land the family already owned with a view to letting, so unlike most Airbnb properties its letting is not depriving local people of a home.

It was a great stay! Perfect villa for our family of four and nice breakfast next door at the Sea view restaurant! It’s recommended to have a car as it is a few kilometers from the restaurants and the good beaches..

Amazing host. Very accommodating and did every to make us feel at home.

The place was very nice and spacious. There were three of us, but there would have been five of you. It is highly recommended to rent a car as the property is in an elevated position. Then you can easily explore the whole island. Andrine has always responded quickly to our questions and gave us more tips on what to do on the island and partly booked activities for us, such as visiting Anse Georgette and a rental car. The only thing to criticize was arriving at the lodge. There was no one to be found and only after a call came someone who showed and the house. The fact that we could just have gone into the house would have been better communicated in advance. All in all, however, a very nice stay in a beautiful area with a great view of the sea from the balcony!

The Seychelles has been our best vacay with sunbathing, hiking, snorkeling, diving, Easter church services, surrounded by the most beautiful nature! We loved the Seychelles as well as Marcella's place! It is clean, spacious, well-furnished, and the view is absolutely amazing! Marcella was very responsive, and helped us kindly incl. late check-out. We would not recommend coming without a car but also enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants sometimes. The location is great for a start, maybe staying in the south or one of the other islands is worth a consideration next time. One downside may be the price. Others are temporary construction noise around, missing refills (e.g. toilet paper) or on request (e.g. salt, trash bags), no AC in the living room, in the bedrooms it didn't always cool down, and parking can be tricky. I Highly recommend Maryse’s place. She and Chris have been amazing host to us. The olive tree residence is 8-10 mins from the city, uphill amidst nature where you can hear the sound of breeze blowing , birds chirping, an amazing view of the ocean and fog at times. It’s overall an amazing place to get a detox from the hustle and bustle of city life. For those who prefer using public transportation, the bus stop is just a minute walk. Airport is approx 15 mins drive by car from the location. There are amazing restaurants at Eden island which is a 10 min drive from the residence. Maryse and Chris are warm and welcoming and have been always responsive to our questions and also guided us with local recommendations. The house was well equipped, spacious and spotless. The garden area is full of flower and fruit plantations. We wish we stayed there longer. Without a second thought, we would book this place when we visit Seychelles again.

A real gem. We had peace and relaxation and everything you need for the time there. Benjamin was on site and gave us good tips and always asked if everything was okay. The location was great for us because we had a rental car for the time and wanted to explore the south and west of the island. Everything is easily accessible from there. Here and in Anse Royale, you can still get a taste of "real life," which we liked, especially compared to Beau Vallon. You can walk to the bus in a few minutes (through the heat), and it takes you everywhere. Since the house is located on a small mountain, it is a bit more difficult without a car. We would definitely visit again!!

Clean accommodation, good location, very nice terrace. What I didn't like: 1/ the 2 beds for the 2 children were added after our arrival, we were forced to move the sofa, the living room table, the living room was much too cramped to accommodate 2 extra beds, a little too much camping for the 6 nights spent. 2/ a lot of things are missing in the kitchen: no salad bowl, 3 glasses, there were 4 of us. The kettle couldn't work, since the plug didn't match! No essentials, like oil, vinegar, coffee... 3/ no response to the email I sent the night of our arrival, when we were there for 6 nights. To sum up, if you are a couple, the accommodation is perfect, if there are more of you, make sure there will be extra beds.

Shirley and Gilbert were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions I had before and during my stay. Gilbert even kindly offered me a ride on my last day, as I didn’t have my own transport. The accommodation is spacious, well-equipped, and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout my stay. There’s air conditioning in the bedroom, and a fan in the living room—which makes the living area a bit warmer than the rest of the house. I also appreciated the convenient drinking water dispenser. The location is great, especially for travelers without a car. Baie Lazare is just a 21-minute walk, Petit Anse about 40 minutes, and there are mini markets, a pharmacy, takeaways, and a small fruit market all within a 10-minute walk. Plus, there’s a bus stop right in front of the property. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe both at the accommodation and in the surrounding area. Thank you so much for everything!

The stay in Roy's apartment was great, Roy and his family were super friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. The apartment was beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. Nearby, there's also a very nice beach where you can be almost alone. There's a supermarket nearby and in the apartment, everything is described about what you can do and where to get things. The pool is also very good, even with a glass roof. An all-around recommended apartment.

This place was an amazing find!! It was very close to the beach. It was on the bus route to take you into town. The beach and rock pool were amazing. I caught fish at another beach area and brought them home to cook. Pina had a fish cleaning area and everything available to cook a meal. The air conditioners in both bedrooms worked great!!. The living and dining area were very spacious for family games we brought. Pina had games too. Her communication was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this place for a great stay.
