Vacation rentals with a patio in La Punta, Quatre Carreres

We enjoyed our family stay at Nicolás place. It was easy to find and lovely, clean and modern. The open plan worked well for us as it was an unfamiliar place for our kids and they knew we were close by. Parking is busy on the local streets but we found a spot a few minutes walk away on one of the main roads. Would recommend! 👍🏼

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Valencia! Die Unterkunft ist super für 2Personen geeignet. Es war alles so wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist toll, kleine Gassen mit schönen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bus und Bahnlinie ist 5min zu Fuß von der Wohnung, wo man total unkompliziert in die Stadt kommt. Dort hat man dann von allem nich mehr ;) Strand und Hafen sind in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein toller Sandstrand der nicht überladen ist. Auch da hat man viele Souvenirläden und gute Restaurants. Gema und Sandro sind sehr nett und tolle Gastgeber. Wir wurden immer ernst genommen. Es wurde uns immer direkt geantwortet und sich um unser Anliegen gekümmert. Wir möchten nochmal danke sagen, Dankeschön für alles 🫶☀️ Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

A lakás nagyon szép, megfelel a leírásnak és rendkívül tiszta is volt. A házigazdák mindig gyorsan válaszoltak. Nyugodt utcában van, de mégis közel a metró- és buszmegállóhoz, szép park a közelben.

L’alloggio di Jessica & Victor è situato in una zona a due passi dal centro storico molto tranquilla e silenziosa, Il quartiere è tranquillo e sicuro. L'appartamento è nuovo , moderno e arredato con gusto. L’ Host immediato è disponibile. Consiglio questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un posto comodo e accogliente per soggiornare a València.

Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per il nostro soggiorno di alcuni giorni a Valencia. Gli arredi sono nuovi e curati. Self check-in facile e veloce. La doccia è ampia e l’acqua calda arriva subito, un dettaglio che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Consigliatissimo! La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro.

O apartamento tem localizacao excelente. Muito fácil de estacionar. Os arredores tem tudo que precisa para ir a pé: shopping, farmácia, el corte inglês, restaurantes, parque... ambiente super seguro. O edifício é fácil de achar, de entrar, com elevador. A vista é linda em frente ao parque e não tem barulho. No máximo escutavamos as crianças animadas na hora do show dos golfinhos no oceanografico 2x por dia. Não incomodava em nada. O apartamento é exatamente como a descrição e fotos, pronto para ficar confortável em todas as estações de frio e calor. Os eletrodomésticos em perfeito estado. Tudo funcionando e não precisei comprar nada. O apartamento é ótimo para bebês que já sentam, tem cadeirão, tem berço. Alberto é extremamente educado, compreensível e responde muito rápido. Deu todas orientações claras de entrada no edifício, wifi, check in e check out. Super simples na hora de sair, deixar as chaves e tirar o lixo pra colocar na lixeira da rua. Já quero voltar!

Mooi appartement met alle voorzieningen. Mirko was steeds bereikbaar en kwam met een zeer nauwkeurige route vanaf het vliegveld. Wij hebben een fantastische week in Valencia gehad en omdat we fietsen hadden gehuurd konden we overal heen. Mirko bedankt! Wij bevelen het zeker aan! Groetjes Astrid en Margreet

Beach was incredible. Apartment had everything you need and more. Soni is so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place. Super comfy beds too.

I had a really early flight so needed a place to stay close to the airport for one night. Francisco was a very great host. He responds really fast and is ready to help you if you have questions. The place is just as depicted. I would recommend it to others!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

El alojamiento era tal cual estaba anunciado, una habitación doble abajo y tres mas arriba (una de dos camas y dos de matrimonio) una de las de matrimonio de arriba era inmensa con una bañera en el medio de la habitación. Solo una pega, ninguna de las habitaciones tenía aire acondicionado operativo, si había en el pasillo de arriba y el en el salón. Encendiendolos se podía refrigerar un poco las habitaciones, pero con mucho calor hay que dormir con todas las puertas abiertas para poder dormir. Ojo, el garaje es suficiente para un coche normal, pero como sea un poco largo la cosa se complica. Nuestro coche es de 4.80 de largo y no aconsejo que sea mucho más largo para evitar lo que nos pasó a nosotros que le dinos a la pared del fondo del garaje e hicimos casi un agujero (culpa totalmente nuestra). La verdad me habria encantado haber disfrutado de la casa más días.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

Heerlijke woning in rustige buurt. Lekker zwembad dat ook in April prima te gebruiken is. Luxe ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Echt een mooie woning. Kan ook altijd waarderen als alle kruiden voor koken er zijn ;-) Ashley reageert snel en vriendelijk. Wij waren met 3 kinderen en 2 volwassenen.

Ein nettes Haus was auch zum Verkauf steht. Nur 15min mit dem Auto von Valencia entfernt. Pool ist in der Nacht beleuchtet was für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt bei warmen Sommernächten. Viel Raum für die ganze Familie, oder in unserem fall perfekt für content creation (Musik)

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. Pasamos un fin de semana súper agradable en la casa de Jazmín. Fue muy atenta y amable con nosotros, la casa nos sorprendió mucho por su amplitud en las zonas comunes y estar muy bien cuidada y tener todas las comodidades. ¡Recomendamos mucho este alojamiento, además tiene un supermercado a pocos metros y es una zona bonita y tranquila!

Die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe waren viele Supermärkte und der wunderschöne Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Adam und Eddy war sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung ist top und mein fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Die Unterkunft liegt ebenfalls nah an der U Bahn und das Stadtzentrum ist mit nur 2 Stationen zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Ein späterer Check Out war ebenfalls problemlos möglich. Nur zu Empfehlen!

¡Una estancia maravillosa! Nuestra experiencia en esta casa ha sido simplemente perfecta. La vivienda está en un estado impecable, muy limpia, bien equipada y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Además, su ubicación es excelente: muy cerca de la playa y con fácil acceso al transporte público. Pero lo mejor de todo ha sido la dueña Patri: una persona increíblemente hospitalaria, amable y atenta. Nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento y puso a nuestra disposición muchísimas cosas para hacer nuestra estancia aún más cómoda. He viajado mucho y me he alojado en muchos lugares, pero sinceramente, nunca he tenido una anfitriona tan encantadora y dedicada. ¡Mil gracias por todo! Sin duda, la mejor anfitriona que he conocido.
