Vacation rentals with a patio in La Punta, Quatre Carreres

We enjoyed our family stay at Nicolás place. It was easy to find and lovely, clean and modern. The open plan worked well for us as it was an unfamiliar place for our kids and they knew we were close by. Parking is busy on the local streets but we found a spot a few minutes walk away on one of the main roads. Would recommend! 👍🏼

We had wonderful days in Valencia! The accommodation is great for 2 people. It was all as described and very clean. The surroundings are great, small alleys with nice restaurants and shopping. Bus and train line is 5 min walk from the apartment, where you can easily get to the city. There you have nothing left ;) Beach and harbor are within 10 min walking distance. A great sandy beach that is not overcrowded. There are also many souvenir shops and good restaurants. Gema and Sandro are very nice and great hosts. We were always taken seriously. We were always answered directly and our concerns were taken care of. We would like to say thank you again, thank you for everything 🫶☀️ We would definitely come back!

The apartment is very nice, matches the description and was extremely clean. The hosts were always quick to respond. It is in a quiet street, but still close to the metro and bus stop, nice park nearby.

Jessica & Victor's accommodation is located in an area A stone's throw from the historic center, very quiet and peaceful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment is new, modern, and tastefully furnished. The immediate host is available. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Valencia.

We found everything we needed for our stay of a few days in Valencia. The furnishings are new and well-kept. Easy and fast self check-in. The shower is spacious and the hot water arrives immediately, a detail that we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended! The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

I had a really early flight so needed a place to stay close to the airport for one night. Francisco was a very great host. He responds really fast and is ready to help you if you have questions. The place is just as depicted. I would recommend it to others!

Very nice place to stay. Rozana and Cristobal are wonderful hosts. However, there is no second bedroom but only an area for one person separated by curtains from the living-dining area. But that was OK for us. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the morning swimming in the sea. Accommodation is about 30 minutes from Valencia. The stalls of the local farmers on the way are also very great. Here we can buy freshly harvested fruits and vegetables. Very tasty. Thanks again Rozana and Cristobal. We'll be back!

The accommodation was as advertised, a double room downstairs and three more upstairs (one with two beds and two double). One of the double rooms upstairs was huge with a bathtub in the middle of the room. Just one drawback, none of the rooms had working air conditioning, but there was in the upstairs hallway and in the living room. Turning them on could cool the rooms a little, but with a lot of heat you have to sleep with all the doors open to be able to sleep. Be careful, the garage is enough for a normal car, but if it's a little long, things get complicated. Our car is 4.80 long and I do not recommend that it be much longer to avoid what happened to us, that we hit the wall at the back of the garage and almost made a hole (totally our fault). The truth is, I would have loved to have enjoyed the house for more days.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a lovely property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

A nice house that is also for sale. Only 15 minutes by car from Valencia. Pool is illuminated at night, which creates a relaxing atmosphere on warm summer nights. Plenty of space for the whole family, or in our case perfect for content creation (music)

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Now, the apartment. Gorgeous. Bright, clean, full of character, and clearly designed by someone who loves the city and wants you to fall in love with it too. We had a really nice weekend at Jasmine's house. She was very attentive and kind to us, the house surprised us a lot because of its spacious common areas, how well it was maintained, and because it had all the amenities. We highly recommend this place, it also has a supermarket a few meters away and is a nice and quiet area!

Sophia's and Luis' place is great. It has everything that you need for short or long stay Starting with huge TV with english speaking progams ,dishwasher,washing machine,fans.Sophia and Luis comunicate promptly,answer all your questions immediately,never leave you uncertain.

A wonderful stay! Our experience in this house has been simply perfect. The house is in impeccable condition, very clean, well-equipped and with all the necessary amenities. In addition, its location is excellent: very close to the beach and with easy access to public transport. But the best of all was the owner Patri: an incredibly hospitable, friendly and attentive person. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived and made many things available to us to make our stay even more comfortable. I've traveled extensively and stayed in many places, but honestly, I've never had such a lovely and dedicated host. Thank you so much for everything! Definitely the best host I've ever met.
