60 m2 appartment at the attic of our old stone-built house, with seperate entrance: mayor bedroom with a full-size bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen and living room in one space and a bathroom with a shower. It is not luxary but cosy and tenderly furnished and contains the necessary for basic needs. WIFI. The 30 m2 terrace is half way up to the apartment and is used by our family too.

It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en la casa de Ana, la ubicación perfecta. Estaba todo limpio y ordenado.

Magnifique appartement avec vue sur la plage. Très très belle prestation avec trois chambres et trois salles de bains. L’appartement est très agréable et très bien situé. Une fois sur place vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Vous voulez passer un moment en famille et découvrir Laredo et Santoña , louer l’appartement de Pablo sans aucune hésitation.

Hemos estado 4 familias (4 parejas con 4 bebés) y hemos estado muy agusto!☺️ El alojamiento está en una zona muy tranquila Tiene dos terrazas maravillosas y un jardín amplio. La bbq con buen tiempo es una gozada ya que fuera tienen varias mesas con suficientes sillas para disfrutar de ese momento todos juntos! Todas las habitaciones son amplias y tienen el espacio suficiente para moverte sin problema y las camas son muy cómodas también! La distribución y señalización que han utilizado dentro del alojamiento es muy cómoda y clara, lo que hace que las indicaciones de Jaime sean fáciles y cómodas de entender☺️ Jaime ha respondido rápidamente a todas las dudas que nos hayan podido surgir. Sin duda recomiendo el alojamiento! Muchas gracias Jaime!

Vistas increíbles enfrente de la playa y en la mejor zona del paseo, junto a las dunas. La vivienda es prácticamente nueva, con los electrodomésticos a estrenar. Las vistas desde la terraza y ático son increíbles, con toda la bahía. La atención muy buena por parte de Raquel, la persona que te recibe a la llegada. Consejos de locales de donde comer, donde cenar… y flexible con las horas. Respecto a la dueña, muy buena comunicación, muy agradable y con garantías. Muy recomendable!!

We enjoyed a three night stay in this beautiful house in a stunning rural location. The house is charming, comfortable, full of character and has many seating and dining areas. A perfect location for getting away from it all with loved ones. Our dog was very welcome and loved it there too. Wonderful helpful host.
