Relax in this carefully eco-renovated 19th century farmhouse, on the edge of Parc du Château du Haut Gesvres and close to Nantes. 90 m² maisonette with a large living room + open kitchen and 2 large bedrooms in the heart of the vegetable farm and its quiet and wooded environment. Close proximity to the center of Treillières and 10min from the Tram. The farm has another 3-bedroom cottage and the owners' home at the other end of the building.

A studio, comprising bedroom, bathroom (shower and sink), kitchenette and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th to 18th century) in a quiet, flowery and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path. You will have a second bedroom adjoining the studio, with two single beds, which you can see in the photos. A folding crib is available. the beds are made upon arrival.
