Pet-friendly vacation rentals in La Paz, Fuencarral-El Pardo

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

We stay in this apartment for 11 days and it seemed like a super apartment/casita. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the services by hand and direct transport to the center and points of interest of Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and they will move for anything you need also always with a smile and heart. Regarding the apartment it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your house. A small but super functional bathroom and a fairly good shower with pressure, good hot water and different water exit modes. It has a very practical patio and very comfortable to enjoy the sun, tend clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, ironing, cleaning, towels and sheets to spare... Spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't get cold or hot thanks to the heating you can manage yourself. We recommend it to 100%

Maria was a great host and the apartment was very spacious for a large group. It was located conveniently to travel back and forth to the tourist sites around town. The area isn’t in the best of neighborhoods but was very peaceful. Parking for a large car can be challenging but the apartment is a corner lot which makes it easy to load and unload luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay there again.

Nacho is a great host and the property was ideal for our big group. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, well appointed apartment in great location of Madrid. Apartment was well-stocked with kitchen utensils to prepare meals if we chose, but also in walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. Super quiet block. Access to parking garage was a bonus. Pilar was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to any communication. Would definitely recommend.

We've been super good. We were traveling with a baby and although I did not explain well how we were going to sleep, they were very kind and made us an extra bed. They were very attentive to everything, and they were very kind, without a doubt the service is fantastic. The place is great, the terrace and pool are wonderful. We would definitely come back.

Very bright and comfortable accommodation. Quiet location with subway stop and supermarket nearby. Liuta was very friendly and helpful with us, we would repeat without hesitation.

We stayed two nights with my boyfriend and everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need and Claudia and Carlos' service was very good. It's close to the airport and a shopping mall that has everything, ideal for a stop in Madrid before traveling.

Everything is fantastic. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, good views, very bright and very well located. Parking is available in the same building. Myself and 3 friends visited Madrid for a weekend trip, Eduardo's apartment was exactly what we were after. Was very easy to check in, and close by to the metro with a short journey into the city centre. 5 minute walk away from the Bernabau too if you are a football fan! The apartment was spotless, Eduardo was quick to respond with any messages, or questions. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return for a trip to Madrid, would recommend! We had a great time. Very comfortable apartment for two and you can have two visitors for lunch. Our co-host Vojko was very kind and attentive to the questions we asked him. Close to downtown, the main museums, and Atocha in case you travel by train to another city. You walk and arrive in 10 minutes. The Lavapies neighborhood is nice and picturesque. There are grocery stores nearby and many bars 4 minutes from the apartment. It's on the 4th floor by stairs but you climb well. You'll see that no 4-story residential building has an elevator.

The accommodation is very well located, close to subway station (A 10 minute walk) is very close to the royal palace of Madrid. The complete apartment has all the items to make a breakfast and prepare small meals. The host left us coffee , sugar and tea capsules at our disposal. I recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful apartment, would highly recommend staying here for the value of what you pay. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood, nice parks surrounding the area, 20’min walk from the stadium, cute coffee shops nearby, 5 min walk from the tram stops, very accessible to get in and out. The apartment has everything you need, very organised, clean and aesthetically designed. If you’re visiting the business near MAD15 it’s a 400m walk away, so it’s very practical. Beatriz is ace - super friendly and helpful :)

Victor’s place is lovely. It is smartly designed and accommodated. He was very helpful in his communication for both checking in and out. It was perfect for a solo traveler seeking a nice quiet neighborhood that’s close to metro and other amenities like grocery and parks.
