Casa Jorgito Canarian Style House with Private Heated Pool

This is an authentique Canarian style house. It has beautiful views of the sea and mountains , when it is clear you can see Mount Teide. The house is very warm and cozy has many places where you can relax lay back and read a book. There is a covered terrace in front of living room where you can enjoy breakfast every morning. In the back garden you have the pool and barbecue area. The pool is heated and it also has a huge cover to keep it warm during the night, so it does not cool down. The house does not have central heating or A/C but it does have heaters in bedrooms and also A/C devices. The house is fully refurbished it is divided in three floors, the top floor has two bedrooms with bathroom en suite. The two rooms have a small heater in case it gets a little cold. The first floor has the common living area, dinning table and kitchen. In front of the living room there is a lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool and the garden where you can have breakfast every morning. The garden can be accessed directly from the living room. The ground floor has a very large bedroom with a King size bed and a sofa bed, this room has access to the garden . Also on the ground floor you have a bathroom mini sauna/ gym and a laundry room with a washing machine/dryer/iron. The pool area is surrounded by a wooden platform and it has four sunbathing loungers, you have the most amazing views of Mount Teide and the Valley if the day is not cloudy. You can also enjoy a barbecue lunch in the garden. Guest access- Our guests have full access to the house as it is private. We also have a lock box for house keys located at main entrance gate. We will be happy to assist you and guide you on things to do depending on your requirements. We also have someone in the area who will be available if required. I am available by text message and Carmen is the lady who takes care of the house. This home is located in a very quiet and residential area, with 2 supermarkets and several restaurants within easy reach. The main shopping destination the Mall La Villa Al Campo and the centre Puerto de la Cruz are both a quick 5-minute drive. From the house. To stay in this house the best option is to rent a car, so you can go and visit as many places as you can. Casa Jorgito is in a quiet and residential area, 10 minutes drive to Puerto De la Cruz Centre. We have 2 supermarkets within a few minutes from house Mercadona and Lidl, Lidl is also open on Sundays. The main shopping Mall La Villa Al Campo is also 5 minute drive from the house. There are a few restaurants in the area
