House vacation rentals in La Orotava

We had a great short stay in Taganana. It had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. After the steep hike over los vueltas up to the casa forestal and back, we were able to relax wonderfully in the pool.

We had a wonderful time with 7 people in this beautiful house! The contact was very pleasant and fast. The reception was nice. In addition to a brief explanation and tour, they also had a delicious welcome package ready with fresh fruit and delicacies. The house was easy to find and is a lovely place to be. The various bathrooms and spacious rooms provide peace and space. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort. But we mainly lived outside. What a lovely terrace, balcony and pool! The lighting, the sound system and the beautiful glass sliding doors that merged inside and outside gave a luxurious feeling. And I'm not even talking about the view, phenomenal! Already with a very thick recommended! Thank you we enjoyed it!

Beautiful quiet location in a flower garden, minutes from the highway to visit the north of the island easily. The interior is rather modest and the kitchen equipment rudimentary but largely compensated by the general comfort, the quality of the bedding, the linen, and especially the 2 well-equipped terraces. We must recommend this accommodation for all its facilities, its calm, with the only sounds being the sea and birds, the wonderful sunsets facing the pool, small but very cute and so well lit at night! Don't hesitate to book!

I spent 5 days at Marina’s villa with my family and it is a beautiful place to stay with a lot of things very close by which makes it very handy. She is also a great host just like all the previous reviews say as she responds quick and very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again in the future, worth every penny.

This is an absolute hidden gem. The view alone is worth it. Maria and Peter answered all my questions right away. We usually book day of or day before and they answered all my questions and booked last min. They even went out of their way to get my mom balloons and a tiara for her birthday. She loved the attention. We will definitely be returning with my whole family. Thank you

We were absolutely happy with our stay at the villa! Our host Daniel did everything he could to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The view was stunning, and the walk down to the beach was a little adventure in itself. We were a group of 7 adults and one baby, and the house was perfectly suited for us. A baby crib was provided, and Daniel even brought us a baby bathtub, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of space for everyone! Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the cinema room downstairs, but it looked amazing and very impressive. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this place. I spent an exceptional week in this peaceful home, ideal to unwind. The property offers many living spaces, perfect for enjoying the stay indoors and outdoors. The pool is a real plus, and the view of the bay and mountains is simply breathtaking. The environment is quiet and enchanting, exactly what I was looking for. Abel was a remarkable host, both attentive and discreet. The house is as described. I recommend this rental without hesitation!

We had a really lovely stay in Carmens cozy place. The garden was beautiful, looking out over the mountains and the sea. The interior was very charming with a comfy bed. In March the house can be a bit chilly but the fireplace warmed us up. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway and a good starting point for hikes, we totally recommend Carmens place!

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea accessible to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It is a real gem, beautifully decorated and has high rooms with an exciting floor plan. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The different terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children playing on the beach from the lower seat while relaxing in the deck chair. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves allowed us to sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and the upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it was not bad that the Wi-Fi had failed a few times. Rita’s place was the perfect house in acquaint little town in North Tenerife. So much character yet so modern at the same time! Rita was a great host helped us out with some local recommendations and was extremely accommodating. My favourite part of the house is the garden. It’s filled with unique herbs and fruits and vegetables and the host encouraged us to take some! So beautiful! I’ll definitely be coming back!!

We really enjoyed the stay. The accommodation has everything you need. Lots of storage, plenty of blankets and a super equipped kitchen. The fantastic view of the sea, as well as the hiking trails in the area, should be highlighted. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

Apartment was very clean, everything was working the views were unreal very peaceful. Christelle was a great host, nice little touches included and was very responsive.

We really liked the apartments. Beautiful interior, comfortable beds, wonderful terrace on the second floor. Two bathrooms, which is very convenient. Also in the kitchen there was everything you need for cooking, pans, plates, knives, etc. Great location, literally 30 seconds from one of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife. The host responded quickly and was always ready to help. I recommend these apartments for couples and families with children (but be careful with the stairs).

We absolutely loved staying here! It's peaceful, quiet and the views are beautiful everywhere you look. The hosts are very nice and responsive and they provided us all the useful information before out arrival. I would definitely recommend this place!

Jorge and Carlos were extremely nice and responsive, true hosts that you wish to come across. :) About the place itself we can mostly echo what is already said in other opinions. This is a very spacious villa, well-equipped (really, everything you need is here), big heated pool with a view, surroundings nice & walkable. We can honestly recommend to everyone.

Dear seekers and explorers, If you are looking for a secluded accommodation, far from mass tourism, where the locals speak little or no English and both the sea and nature are right on the doorstep, you are in the right place. There is a small casual grocery store in the village. 15 minutes' walk away if you're on foot. You have to go down the mountain to the bay and climb the other mountain on the other side of the bay. There's a small chapel that's open. In the small shop, you can get a lot of what you need for daily food and consumption. People are pleasant, but learn a little Spanish, they are happy about it. Simple words like good day and thank you. Respect for people and the environment are very popular. By the way, the accommodation. Yes, there are cats and lizards everywhere. We lived it. The house is super quiet, and you have to carry your suitcases up there. There is no navigable road there. The lines are

Fantastic place with breathtaking views. Super beautiful sunsets experienced at this unique location. Top base to discover Tenerife, away from mass tourism. Very warmly received and we felt immediately at home. It is a small road to the finca so you have to maneuver when there are oncoming traffic, but the place itself is more than worth it! Recommended!

Hard to beat the views! Amazing location close to La Orotava with breathtaking scenery. The place is quiet and private, with a large patio perfect for lunches or even working. Private driveway with parking. The house had everything we needed for a longer stay, including super fast fiber. Would come back anytime.

Villa Alpha is a wonderful holiday home in every sense. Especially if you are looking for peace and quiet, but still want to stay close to the city, the house is recommended. We were thrilled by the panoramic view of the sea and Teide from the living room. The house is very well maintained, comfortable, beautiful and functionally furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. Pool and garden are a dream; even if it is a little fresher, you can go swimming well. We also liked the fact that you can go shopping on foot; some nice places are also easily accessible. The parking situation is no problem, you can always find a place on the main road or in close proximity. We highly recommend the house and would be happy to come back. Communication with Nadine was also straightforward and extremely professional and friendly.

We had a great time in this open house on the sea in a village preserved from mass tourism! Maria Antonia and her husband are exceptional hosts: they welcomed us with a bottle of local wine, fruit and what we needed for breakfast the next day. The house is ideal (especially the terrace!) to disconnect from everything and is well located to discover La Laguna, the mountains of Anaga, Santa Cruz and all the villages of the northwest coast and Teide (you can see it from the house). On the day we didn't feel like moving, we could bathe in the natural pool in the lower part of the village and savor fried octopus with wrinkled potatoes in the fishermen's guild bar.
