A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you on the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room sleeps 3 people, with a double bed in 140 and a single bed, wifi and TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private at the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilets at the entrance of the house are in common.

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage facing nature, just 2 km from the center of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbors overlooking it, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

Take it easy at this newly renovated gîte with its own style. Gîte Loutre is in the middle of the forest and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms overlook the river. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, kettle, and washing machine. A barbecue is in front of the cottage Of course, the gite has WIFI. Our family home, a typical 1896 Corrèze farmhouse, is located in the heart of the Milles Sources plateau. Refurbished, for our holidays we want to discover this little corner of France that is still wild. The hamlet of Neuvialle, both very quiet and vibrant because of its inhabitants, is the starting point for a multitude of hikes directly on foot from the house, through the coniferous forests, the heather moors, and the pastures where lambs graze.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
