Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Muddizza

Had a lovely stay. The complex is beautiful, nice pool and gardens. Adriano was very helpful. It’s a great location, within 15-min drive to many beaches and nearby towns.

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Valeria nelle settimane centrali del mese di agosto con mia moglie e un’altra coppia di amici e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! La posizione è strategica: a pochi passi dal centro di Porto Torres e dal mare, l’appartamento si trova di fronte a un centro commerciale (fondamentale per potersi rifornire in qualsiasi ora del giorno) ed è nelle immediate vicinanze delle strade provinciali che permettono di raggiungere le mete più gettonate. Dotato di tutti i comfort possibili (condizionatori, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, Wi-Fi, ecc.) ed estremamente pulito, ci ha colpito in particolare per gli spazi che permettono di ospitare insieme fino a 6 adulti senza problemi. Valeria è stata una Host eccezionale: sebbene abbiamo avuto modo di interagire solo a distanza, si è sempre mostrata reattiva, disponibile, amichevole e attenta a far sì che non ci mancasse mai nulla. Insomma, ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati!

Mycket fin lägenhet, samma standard som fint hotellrum. Rent och snyggt, bra möbler. Det minsta rummet med två sängar rymmer två vuxna men. Dubbla duschar och toaletter gjorde det enkelt för fyra vuxna att bo i lägenheten. Trevliga kvarter med lokala butiker som grönsaksaffär, bageri, kaffebar och två större mataffärer ungefär fem minuter bort till fots. Vi hade bil och fick leta lite efter parkeringsplats men det löste sig hela tiden. Lätt att göra utflykter till fina stränder i norr. Bästa boendet jag bott i på Airbnb.

This was a beautiful place - spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from practical touches like ice cube trays and ice lolly moulds to the grill and toastie maker in the kitchen. The home itself was lovely and comfortable, and the surrounding area was just as stunning. There were several beaches nearby, the local town was within walking distance, and other great spots were just a short drive away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely love to return! We loved Palau and we loved this place!

Rita is absolutely amazing , very helpful and ready to help you with everything you need. House is very clean and only 15 minutes away from the Gulf of Asinara beautiful beaches.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig: zum einen nah an der Altstadt und zur Promenade, zum anderen ruhig und auch so, dass man sein Auto ggf. in der Nähe parken kann. Letzteres ist (wie in jeder Stadt) mit etwas Suchen verbunden, aber mit etwas Glück findet man immer eine Lücke. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und war vor allem sehr sauber (finde ich persönlich super wichtig). Das Bad ist neu und es gibt einen großen Fernseher im Schlafzimmer und einen zusätzlichen kleinen in der Küche. Es gibt kein “Wohnzimmer” und in der “Wohnküche” war der Aufenthalt nicht so gemütlich. Toll ist aber, dass man direkt vor der Wohnung eine Sitzgelegenheit hat. Wenn das Wetter passt, ersetzt das auch den Wohnbereich. Kommunikation und Check-In/-Out liefen reibungslos und schnell. Alles in allem: ich würde wieder hier übernachten! Danke! PS: Tolle Option für Kaffee/kleines Frühstück oder abends ein Bier/Wein ist gleich um die Ecke “Il Chiosco” an der Promenade - absolute Empfehlung!

This apartment is bigger than in the photos. Located beautifully within walking distance to Palau centre with restaurants and gelatos- max 10min, less thank 5min walk to the beach. It has an amazing view on the sea and neighbouring island. Privet parking is a big plus. There is a shared garden big enough for kids to run around. Flat had everything you may need for your stay. To add to that, Colette was an amazing host, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. If you are there, ask her about the fresh pasta shop. We dined from there 3 evening and wanted more.

Fergus was an excellent host, communicative, responsive and helpful, providing local recommendations and advice. The flat was super for a family of 4, beautifully clean, spacious and well-equipped with wonderful views of Alghero old town from the terrace. Despite its central location it was a quiet and relaxing place to retreat to. Elisabetta met us, showed us around the flat and sat with us and a map to point out local places/beaches of interest, restaurants and so on - a thoughtful and welcome introduction. All in all a great experience!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Appartement. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Garten wunderschön angelegt, ruhig und privat. unsere Kinder konnten hier einfach heraumlaufen und spielen. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren natürlich auch klasse. Durch den Aufbau der Ferienwohnungen ist man sehr privat und jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich. die Ferienwohnung ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und alles hat Stil. einzig ein bisschen mehr Besteck und Töpfe wären für uns praktisch gewesen, aber so hat man regelmäßiger abgewaschen ;) Der Grill draußen ist auch Klasse! In der Nähe ist ein guter kleiner Supermarkt und auch ein paar Restaurants. Man Brauch allerdings für alles ein Auto oder zumindest ein Fahrrad. Wir fanden es insgesamt aufjedenfall traumhaft und die Zeit verging viel zu schnell.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Très bon séjour , maison très bien climatisée et calme. Maison très propre et soignée

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle villa, bien située, calme. Ceci malgré un temps d'avril au début pluvieux, puis très venteux. L'environnement, en particulier l'île proche de la Caprera, se prête à de magnifiques randonnées. Le village de La Maddalena est très proche, 5' en voiture, et on y trouve tout le nécessaire. L'hôte nous a très bien reçu et s'est montré très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ.

Gazdele s-au comportat incredibil de bine, ne-au raspuns rapid tuturor intrebarilor, ne-au dat toate informatiile utile despre casa si imprejurimi asigurandu-se constant daca toate nevoie ne sunt indeplinite, am doar cuvinte de lauda despre ei si despre casa care arata impecabil si nu ii lipsea absolut nimic .Toate accesoriile necesare erau prezente.

Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! :) Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und hat alles was man benötigt. Wir haben jeden Abend gekocht und es hat an nichts gefehlt.. das Bett war gemütlich und es gab u.a. Strand-Spielzeug, eine Musikbox und gutes Wlan. Der Kontakt zu Ahmed war unkompliziert und freundlich:) Es bietet sich an ein Fahrrad oder Auto zu haben, aber die Lage ist super um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden! Man kann die Ruhe genießen und sieht von der Terrasse aus das Meer! Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!:)

Wir waren drei Erwachsene mit einem Kleinkind und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit an der Costa Paradiso. Trotz des nahenden Endes der Saison waren die meisten Geschäfte und Restaurants noch geöffnet. Das Häuschen ist stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, eingebettet in eine traumhafte Hügellandschaft. Mehrere schöne Strände, Restaurants und Shops sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die erstklassige und umfangreiche Küchenausstattung sowie die hervorragende, freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Umberto was a great host with an eye for detail. He was available at any time and always would give helpfull tips for the island. The house is in the middle of la maddalena, Honestly don’t think it could get any better! We had the best time. Umberto is great!

Dès notre arrivée chez Damiano nous nous sommes sentis comme chez-nous! Damiano nous attendait et a pris le temps de faire le tour du logement avec nous. Le logement est superbe! Moderne, bien équipé, confortable et d’une propreté IMMACULÉE (parole de fille très sélective au niveau de la propreté). Nous avons profité de la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer tous les jours pour les petits déjeuners et les apéros de fin d’après midi. Tous les équipements du logement fonctionnent parfaitement (AC, stores électriques, TV, douche, etc) Pour ceux qui se demandent si l’emplacement est loin du centre historique, cela se fait vraiment bien à pied (magnifique promenade en bord de mer de 20-25 min). Tous les soirs nous prenions la voiture pour se rapprocher du centre historique (4min max en voiture) et il était super facile de se garer à proximité. Une de nos meilleures expériences Airbnb, notre seul regret est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons!

Stylish modern apartment up a flight of stairs from the street. Just in the old town, on a pedestrian street. Street is noisy during the day, but the apartment is quiet - and very quiet at night. Secure parking is available a couple of blocks away. Instructions were very clear (but NB you do need network coverage and Alghero is very poor for this!). Everything in town is easily walkable. Friendly and helpful host.

Casa Zaffiro is beautiful, a pristine renovation of a historical building in the heart of vibrant Alghero old town. We had a wonderful time exploring the local beaches, shops, bars, restaurants. The apartment is peaceful and private and equipped with everything you could need (for the beach, cooking, laundry). Alessandro and Vittoria are really warm and excellent hosts. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft von Vittorio liegt perfekt zum Strand, ist sehr schön liebevoll eingerichtet und mit und eigener überdachter Terrasse und kleinem schönen Garten zum sitzen und grillen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Vittorio und seine Wohnung sehr empfehlen

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Casa Maria in Alghero Centre, just steps from the main piazza. The location couldn't be more perfect - right in the heart of the old town. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, if not better. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully renovated, and equipped with modern amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making this space welcoming and functional. Our host, Stefania, was exceptional - always responsive and available for anything we needed, from check-in questions to local recommendations. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Alghero. We would definitely return! 💛

Constantin ist ein sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber und antwortet sehr schnell. Er hat sich sehr, auch unter persönlichen Einsatz, bemüht, ein Problem mit der Dusche zeitnah zu beheben. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist großzügig ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, dennoch ruhig. Wir haben uns dort als Familie sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt.
