Hiking trails starting from the chalet, all needed shops/pharmacy 5 km away, Champsaur ski resorts few kilometres away too. Ideal gathering place for friends and family Access to sauna for 20€/day Linen provided but no towels (option to rent them for 7€/person/stay). Parties are forbidden. Non smoking house. Welcome!

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
