Vacation rentals with a fireplace in La Motte-d'Aigues

This was one of the best Airbnb stays we have ever had. The home and private grounds are wonderful reflections of the spirit and beauty of Provence. Where do we start? The beautiful decorations in the home, the well appointed bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room, and the large landscaped gardens with a well maintained pool, and the surrounding spaces with panoramic views of the valley. Stores and restaurants are a short walk away and Lacoste is a central location to explore nearby towns. Michel and Christine were gracious hosts who met us when we began and ended our stay and made us feel welcome to stay in their wonderful property. Thanks again for making our trip to Provence such a great experience.

Staying at Agnes's beautiful house was an unforgettable experience for our entire family. The house is surrounded by a stunning garden, a pool, and various relaxing corners. Agnes thinks of everything, so the house is furnished down to the smallest detail, including an incredibly well-equipped kitchen with beautiful porcelain. It was definitely the best vacation our family has ever had. Many thanks to Agnes for all the hospitality and details that made our stay feel like a second home.

We had a wonderful time in this villa. House was perfect for 6 adults, has everything you need, nicely furnished, lovely kitchen which was well equipped. Comfy beds. Private on fairly large property, great pool and lounging area. Great view of castle from outdoor dining area. We would highly recommend, our only criticism (being an avid gardener myself) was that the garden needs a bit of attention, lots of weeds and pots with dead plants in them, would not take a lot to make it gorgeous. We would rent again.

Magical!! Andy and Jess have an absolutely beautiful place that embodies what Airbnb is all about! The decor is well thought out and gorgeous with beautiful French antiques and comfy furniture. The yard was massive with a perfect swimming pool, big grassy area, and places to sit in the shade. We made dinner one evening and sat and chatted with our host which was probably one of our favorite nights. Andy was so warm and welcoming and gave us lots of tips for cute towns and markets. The animals were the happiest pets I’ve ever met and it was fun to hang out with the 2 sweet dogs and friendly cat. Can’t say enough good things about this property. You can feel the soul of it as soon as you enter and I only wish we’d had more time here on our trip through France. Thank you Andy and Jess for your hospitality!

Hi Olga, We would like to thank you warmly for our stay in your beautiful home. As a family, we had a great time celebrating our children's birthdays. The house, with its traditional charm, is spacious and perfectly equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. The exteriors are really superb, with many small terraces where we were able to enjoy the sun and tranquility. The petanque court was a favorite for everyone, a perfect place to share convivial moments. Thank you again for your warm welcome, we will keep fond memories of this getaway. Bonnieux is a quiet village in the Luberon, and Jennifer’s place helps you to slip immediately into relaxation. The views are absolutely stunning. We woke each morning to birdsong. The home is beautifully decorated and also homey at the same time. We had all the amenities we needed and more. The terrace was the perfect spot for a glass of wine or a nap (or both!). Jennifer also provided excellent recommendations for food. We had one of our most favorite meals at her recommended restaurant. The house manager was friendly, responsive and helpful. The location is ideal to Sun Ebikes and the Luberon Greenway bike path. We spent several days touring around, enjoying warm sunshine, seeing poppy fields, and discovering other villages. There is an AMAZING ice cream shop and chocolate shop. We loved Bonnieux the best! We can’t wait to return to this beautiful property.

It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The cottage has all the comforts and is a little higher so the view is fantastic. Nearby are many beautiful villages to visit. A car is required. Around the cottage is a large garden with plenty of privacy. Beautiful oleanders and lavender! Singing nightingales. We really enjoyed it! Thanks Francis and Nadine! A charming flat on a quiet and accessible street in beautiful Aix. Hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The location was easy to find and a short walk to all the great locations of Aix. The flat is sunny and bright, with a historic church right out the window. You have everything you need in this flat, and no clutter of things you don’t need. Feels like you are living in Provence (if even for a short few days). Would stay again on what will sure to be a return trip to this amazing ville.

we loved our stay at corinne’s. it had so many thoughtful touches: snacks and drinks for arrival, chocolates by the bed, lavender on our pillows, fresh homemade jam. the space itself is beautiful, quiet and clean, and the village is peaceful and picturesque. this is more like an upscale b&b than your usual soulless airbnb vibe: with a friendly host who will greet you, give you local recommendations and make sure to say goodbye to you before you leave.

A beautiful apartment in the historic center of Aix. Super central location - close to shops and market squares. The apartment itself is a work of art. I’ve enjoyed it so much.

This was a fantastic AirBnB. Right in the city centre of Aix-en-Provence everything was walking distance. The place itself was very stylish and we felt right at home. The parking spot is also great, even though you have to walk 5 min to get there. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this AirBnB.

Our host speaks perfect English, responds immediately to the slightest question. This was our second visit and we have booked again for next year. The terrace is huge with amazing views, very quiet and the apartment has air con too 😀

A very cool apartment in an amazing location. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything, and spending the evening on the terrace.

Perfect stay for two families with kids. We loved cooking and enjoying the three dining areas. Two outside, one indoor patio with fireplace close to kitchen, the other balcony views and the indoor dining room for breakfast was perfect. The multiple rooms on different floors, all comfortable and quiet. The property is gorgeous and easy to get to town. For runners, it is only about a 10 minute jog to the local bakery and coffee shop. Quick drive to get anything we needed and convenient location for our day trips around Provence. We would absolutely recommend this place and return again and again.

Just stayed in this beautiful villa with a group of friends for my 60 th birthday and we had an amazing stay. The villa is absolutely fabulous, gorgeous inside and the pool area and exterior are just wonderful. The backdrop of the Luberon cliffs just adds to a great location. From the beginning, the hosts Fabio and Pierre could not have been more helpful, they recommended lovely restaurants, additional bike hire options, a great chef who cooked us an amazing dinner one night, local walks and options for other activities and local villages to visit - too much to fit in to a long weekend so we will definitely have to return again! I had a very memorable weekend so thank you again, you have a very special place! Sally

An absolutely perfect stay! The house was beautiful with a stunning exterior. A true haven of peace, quiet and relaxing, ideal for recharging and enjoying with family. The host was lovely, very welcoming and always available when needed. Everything was beyond our expectations. We'll be happy to go back!

By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The location allowed us to checkout of our busy lives and enjoy a peaceful place. The views were amazing and truly beautiful. I would come back and stay again. The hosts were also very responsive and had helpful recommendations for the surrounding areas. 10/10!!

A luxurious oasis in the middle of the Luberon. Within a 5-10 minutes drive are the stunning towns of Gordes, Joucas, Goult and Rousillon, with L'Isle sur la Sorgue about 15-20 mins away. The first four all have terrific boulangeries for the essential early morning croissants and coffee. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped for group dining, indoors or out. The pool is the centre attraction (although slightly on the cool side), with outdoor table tennis and darts also adding to the fun. Lots of beds and chairs around the pool to capture the sun from all angles. We've left with very special memories shared with friends and family. Thank you

Super comfy home that accommodated lots of people comfortably……beautiful garden and ambiance!

We had a very pleasant contact with the lovely hostess, which we greatly appreciated. We felt very comfortable in the house and slept very well. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook. The location is ideal for excursions, even by bike. We will be happy to come back.

Stay with friends in a green setting with absolute calm, no houses on the horizon, ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends. The house is great and very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen and veranda are perfect. There are many nooks and crannies on this huge property that will allow you to share good times (petanque, swimming pool, campfire, etc.) Thank you to Eric and Michèle for your special touches during our stay and for your flexibility with our arrival time, we would recommend it without hesitation.
