Pleasant cottage, open plan, very well lit by the windows. The lakeshore is private across the width of the property. There is a pleasant little adjacent terrace. It is a small lake, with clear and rather cold water, as it comes mainly from underground sources. No motorized boats (gasoline). Private land, with lots of trees. Campfire area. Forest just behind, with beautiful trails. A snowmobile trail is nearby.

My place is close to the shopping mall, several grocery stores and restaurants and the airport. My place is good for couples and solo travelers. There are two bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom (toilet and sink) for both bedrooms. Guests can use the bathroom on the first floor to shower, no problem. Parking space as well.
