Charming house with a private terrace and solarium. Downtown (4' from the church square, 8' from the beach and 10' from the Gibraltar border). It was originally a painting studio/workshop and it shows in the artistic objects that decorate it, creating a unique and original atmosphere. Comfortable, newly decorated and furnished.
