An excellent place to rest and get away from all the noise of the city, the apartment is very cozy and clean as described and seen in the images, the signal is unstable, it would be good to implement wifi in the apartment, with respect to the stay everything is super incredible and more the view of the sea both at dawn and at sunset

This was an excellent apartment to stay at, right next to the ocean and beach. The view was excellent and it felt great to be able to fall asleep with the sound of the ocean waves hitting the beach. The pool was excellent and security kept everyone comfortable. A great find.

It is a very comfortable, elegant apartment. The location is spectacular for resting, the beach area in front of the building is quiet. The pool area is very comfortable, a good pool for training and the facilities are all clean.

Excellent place to go on vacation, alone or with the family! The apartment is very clean, exactly as shown in the photos, with the necessary utensils. Mrs. Elizabeth Moreira took care of us wonderfully, a very good host! A place we always plan to return to!

I had a great experience in this apartment in Salinas. It is very conveniently located, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay much easier. The place is comfortable, clean and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying. Communication with the host was quick and cordial at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

A dream place. We spent a week there on a family vacation and retreat. An excellent place that gives you peace and tranquility. The staff that assists you is 10/10. Super recommended. We are already planning the date to return

Excellent host is very friendly. The apartment is very nice, it has a view of the ocean and the beautiful city, a super large balcony, a large pool and with a spectacular view. I'll be back for sure!

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

We stayed with the whole family, the place is very nice and clean. Susana was always attentive to our arrival and flexible with the check-in time. My kids loved the place, it was very close to the beach.

Have stayed at The Colon before, always safe and secure. Great pools and steps from the beach. Everything you need within walking distance. Awesome sunsets, could sit on the balcony for hours! Apartment spacious. Bring your own beach towels/sheet but bathroom towels were fluffy and lush. Walter was easy to reach and always responded. Hotel staff are Spanish speaking only so bone up on your Spanish or have Google translation handy. Looking forward to our next visit to Salinas!

The stay was wonderful. The place is beautiful and cozy, with a quiet atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. In addition, José was always attentive to every detail. Her kindness and willingness to help made us feel very well cared for.
