It's the best Airbnb of all, the best value for money you'll find in the app, it's ideal for all types of travel, a few years ago I went with friends and it was ideal to celebrate a birthday and now I just went with my family because I said I had to take them and everyone was amazed by the view that the apartment has, it's very comfortable and very complete, it even gives welcome snacks (no one had ever cared so much about me), it has a full kitchen, direct access to the beach, where you can even cook what you like and you can enjoy it on the beach. DON'T THINK TWICE AND BOOK NOW!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Ayampe. We are a couple traveling on a multi-destination trip and were a little nervous because there had been some flooding in the area and the beach had some wood on it. Andrea let us know and we decided to come anyway. We are so glad we did! The beach was a little different than I remembered from previous trips but we swam and enjoyed the ocean each day when the tide was out. Andrea was friendly, super responsive, and connected us with a great group at Vistamar for excursions and tours. We ended up meeting some wonderful new friends! She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Her home is beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped for cooking. We had everything we needed, the bed was so cozy and this place is private and right on the beach! You can sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. Thank you so much for making our trip unforgettable. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Ayampe. 💗

We really enjoyed the stay, everything was nice, functional and impeccable inside the apartment and the social area was great. The host's attention was very kind.

Leon was a marvelous host. We came for a Triathlon event which was nearby, and this location was perfect for getting around. Had a bit of trouble with an appliance breaking and Leon was very accommodating to solve the issue within a day, he offered us recommendations for food and even a person for transport. Cant say enough about him, great person.

The house is super nice and modern, with large rooms and a spectacular ocean view. The only uncomfortable thing was the road to get there, since it is not paved and the GPS took us on a pretty bad route. Of course, that's not the owners' fault, but it's worth keeping in mind. We had some problems at first, but Andrea helped us solve them quickly and we came to a good agreement. Very good attention from you. Victor, who gave us the keys, was also an excellent person, always willing to help us. As a suggestion, I would recommend that you include more bedspreads or extra blankets, because it's cold with the air conditioning. Or at least, specify if they are not included, so that one can bring them. Other than that, everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and the pool is ideal for having a good time and having a good barbecue. 100% recommended!

It is a very comfortable, elegant apartment. The location is spectacular for resting, the beach area in front of the building is quiet. The pool area is very comfortable, a good pool for training and the facilities are all clean.

View, location, and service excellent. Living and dining area can get warm. Didn't cook, but great washer and dryer. Enjoyed the stay very much!

We had an incredible stay, the suites and the terrace are just like the photos and Andrea was always available and attentive to everything. I would definitely come back and above all the beach and the privacy of the place are 10/10. I recommend it.

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!
