The beautiful village of Hautecour is situated above the market town of Moutiers where you will be able to shop for all of your day to day needs, and relax in the cafe's and restaurants . A 15-minute drive will get you to the lift station at Brides Les Bains for access to the fantastic 3 valleys in winter or a chance to relax in the famous spa waters in summer.

The Happiness Barn

Come and discover our Savoyard barn in a very welcoming village with its inn nestled facing south at 1050 m in the Tarentaise Valley, 12 minutes max by car from the large ski area of Valmorel/St Francois de Longchamp, in the heart of the Lauzière mountain range, the wildest in the Tarentaise, ideal for hiking. The village of Bonneval l'Église (73260) is accessible from the road to the Col de la Madeleine made famous by the Tour de France, very quiet since it is a cul-de-sac.

50 m² accommodation, the only one in the house. Very quiet environment and unobstructed. Access via a staircase. Large living room with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 of which opens directly onto the balcony terrace. A beautiful terrace sheltered from view and overlooking the forest and the valley that allows a nice disconnection. The property has a cellar, a separate toilet and a shower room. Parking is located 50 m away. The resort of Valmorel-Celliers is 15-20 min by car.

Apartment on 2 levels arranged in an old Savoyard barn, 75 m², large living space with original beams, hydraulic floor heating. Spacious and comfortable accommodation located in Naves, Nordic ski resort + snowshoeing + hiking, very bright with views of the Lauzière mountain range. Nearest alpine ski access to Valmorel, opposite valley 25 km away. Linens and towels are not included, but optional.

At the foot of a charming mountain village on the sunny side, 3 minutes (20 min walk by the trail) from the lake and its art trail, typical and well-appointed apartment on the ground floor of our home. Moûtiers is 5 km away for shops, many hiking trails and circuits for mountain biking or e-biking, access to the Trois Vallées resorts is 20 minutes away.
