Family-friendly vacation rentals in La Joya

Christie’s place was just as advertised. Lovely and clean. There were only 2 of us this trip but there’s lots of room. The house has everything. Lotions, sunscreen, condiments galore. We want to stay here our next trip and have a larger group. A great stay.

Had a fabulous 3 nights at Martine’s home in Las Gaviotas. Well kept, clean, comfortable space with a well stocked kitchen for visitors who want to cook a few meals. Appreciated clear communication! We booked our own massage therapists to come over to the home and Martine allowed us to do so, it was so awesome. I would definitely stay in this home again; without a doubt. Thanks for a great stay.

This was our third stay with Gail and Jimi, and, as usual, they were very hospitable and friendly. Their place is homey and comfortable, within easy walking distance of downtown Warren. There is a lovely outdoor seating space with a hot tub, which we put to good use on a chilly day in March. One day we walked over the border for lunch, which was very easy and safe. The town of Warren itself is interesting for walking, and, if you have read the J.A. Jance mysteries, you’ll recognize many places!

Nate’s place was amazing and he was the perfect host! Plenty of space with every amenity thought through. Nate was out of town when we stayed, but he made sure we had everything we needed to get in easily and he was super responsive if/when we had any questions. The home is perfection and is located in the most lovely area with lots of boutique shops and restaurants nearby. There was also a farmers market happening while we were there with several local artists selling jewelry, art, food, etc. Nate also offered us a later checkout so my kids could take me to a Mother’s Day breakfast before we drove home, which was super kind. We really could not have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again when visiting Las Cruces. 💛

I highly recommend Vanessa's condo. The views are spectacular and there is a beach right across the street although we drove to the popular beaches with amenities. It was great to have a designated, covered parking sop for our car. The condo community is gated. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are spacious and exactly as pictured in the photos. Their are mini-splits in all of the bedrooms and living room; a must during the summer. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and found everything that we needed. I'm sure that I will be back to San Carlos and I would stay again in Vanessa's place without hesitation.

We loved our stay at Villa Nautilus! The Villa is directly on the beach with beautiful views. We loved the convenience of the beach and the beach club next door. The resort community also has restaurants and a coffee shop within walking/golf cart distance which was great! During the week, the beach was very quiet, almost like a private beach. As the weekend approached the beach and neighboring beach club gets busier/louder but it wasn’t a problem for us. The Villa itself is wonderful, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed. The hosts are also amazing and very responsive to any questions/requests we had. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others!

We felt like home. We enjoyed being out by the pool and BBQ-ing after traveling for 2 days. We had everything we needed, the inside and outdoor space was so wonderful to just rest and enjoy nature but close enough to enjoy local activities in Tucson area.

An amazing experience! From the beginning, communication with Daniel was excellent, always attentive and quick to respond. The arrival was super easy, hassle-free. The house has a spectacular view. In addition, the place is quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing without worries. The house was in very good condition, clean, well maintained and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place without a second thought.

Staying at the pool house oasis was exactly what we expected! A little hard to locate the correct light switch and we could not find garage bag replacements however the hosts were very helpful and accommodating on check in/out times especially generous while we were traveling with an infant! The pool was nice, a little chilly but we didn’t request the pool heater to be on!

Love the penthouse! Funky, artistic and relaxing. Small town rural feel outside of El Paso but with a hip vibe, some wineries nearby and some surprising local restaurants. Christopher is great! Very personalized and attentive. I always stop there on my way to and from Texas from California.

Stephanie’s place was truly what was expected, clean and comfortable, a wonderful place to stay in Fort Davis. Easily walkable to everything downtown, excellent listing.

Casa Playa felt just like home. We felt safe upon arrival. Location is very close to delicious restaurants. A lot of it is walkable distance. Wave sounds were so relaxing and brought back childhood memories. The stay was just as described. It felt cozy. The home was very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay. I would definitely love to come back for another stay!

Casa Wilma might very well be my absolute favorite AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Hell, it might be my favorite place on earth. I’ve spent a lot of time traveling in and around west Texas and Wilma’s place makes hanging out in the desert comfortable, stylish, and so relaxing. The fenced property was perfect for my two city dogs who don’t get to run around off-leash as often as they’d like. The garage doors in the living room and bedroom let them come and go as they pleased while we laid in the hammocks and read. The stock tank bathtub in the master bedroom was gorgeous and the ability to open the back door and feel like you’re outside among the cactus was so dreamy. Finally, waking up so close to the massive bedroom window made for a perfect way to watch the sunrise. I absolutely cannot wait to come back and spend some serious time here. Wilma and Tom, thanks so much for this treasure!

Beautiful historic home with wonderful views within walking distance to downtown Bisbee restaurants and shops. In fact, we didn’t use our car at all during our stay. We traveled with 2 dogs who loved the yard and there was a park within 200 yards. Steve and Donna were great hosts who were extremely responsive and the home had all the amenities you need when traveling, including ear plugs. The beds were super comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the porch and balcony every evening. Would stay here again.

Don is a great host. Always responsive, as is his local host Diana. His place is truly special. We watched whales every day, snorkeled off his quiet beachfront and enjoyed an authentic dinner cooked by his recommended private chef. Just a fantastic stay. Highest recommendation. Photos don’t include rooftop sunset viewings which are a must.

Looked great on the web - but even so much better! Location is FABULOUS - both easy to drive everywhere as well as walking distance to great restaurants. It is SO private and SO beautiful (she has created such a magical space) plus the layout and quality of the cottage is superb. Throw in the private pool, insane Koi pond, and Rosie the turtle? What else could you ask for? We were there for our daughter's graduation from UofA and wish I had known about it four years earlier. I've loved staying at The Graduate during visits, but Kristi's is WELL WORTH getting the rental car for! Just so nice to have such lovely outdoor space not available at a hotel. Thx so much for an outstanding stay!

This is a wonderful and unique place to stay and very authentic to Tucson. The hosts have built an oasis in the Garden District. The home is very comfortable, has many seating areas, has every amenity one could ask for, and stays well cooled in the summer temperatures. The beds were comfortable. We got to meet the hosts and their dogs and we enjoyed the conversations. The flora and fauna (birds, lizards, and rabbits) were a joy to experience and the hosts have created a wonderful atmosphere. It was a pleasure to get to stay in such a special home.

Michelle and Mark's home was wonderful. Especially enjoyed sitting on their front porch, watching the wildlife. They were wonderful company, kind and generous hosts.

Great peaceful space to escape a weekend. It a good 10 min drive from the main road, so is very private and quiet.

The Condo was incredible the view space and the bed was amazing. we spend most the time on the huge tarrace. It was the highlight of our trip. we would come back in a heartbeat. Worth every penny.

Carrie and Patrick were so nice and welcoming and their property was so beautiful. We loved meeting the dogs, donkeys and goats. They even have wildlife come through their property but unfortunately we missed the javelina while we were there. If we ever go back to Tucson I would definitely stay at the Casita Del Rey again!
