Come and enjoy peacefulness and life in nature in the Domaine du Rocher Saint-Vincent, gîtes Via Nova. English, Spanish and French speaking, Marie and Fred welcome you in their place, a preserved environment located at 800m asl, in the forest of the Montagnes Bourbonnaises, Auvergne, France. Skiing, trekking, biking, climbing, horse riding, fishing, watersports, nature activities available nearby. The gite is surrounded by woods and nature. Commodities within 15 minutes driving.

Bourbonnaise mountain gîte

Charming little house in the heart of the Bourbon mountains. Completely renovated, with a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. It's the perfect place for a vacation or weekend hiking (walking, mountain biking, motorbiking, horse riding). Ideal for a family of 4, it has a small outdoor area that allows you to relax in the sun and enjoy the barbecue on sunny days. Vichy and its parks are 30 minutes away, Clermont Ferrand 1 hour.

House or bed and breakfast

Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

You will stay in part of a fully renovated old farmhouse, 5 minutes from the historic village of St Maurice. The very quiet environment enjoys large spaces and will allow travelers in search of serenity to reconnect with nature to the sound of croaking frogs and rooster crowing. The courtyard is private and not overlooked. Sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for through the many walks that the surroundings offer.

We welcome you to a haven of peace, at an altitude of 900 m, facing the Rocher Saint Vincent. This restored old farmhouse offers you a 4Ha exterior with fish ponds as well as a swimming pool (from June to August) and a Norwegian bath etc. New bedding, huge living room, ideal for your gatherings with friends and family. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You will admire the landscape on the Bourbonnaise mountain. From the cottage, you can go on small hikes. Depending on the season, mushrooms and chestnuts may fill your baskets. The silence, the beautiful sunsets are there to allow you to relax. The neighbors of the cottage: our two donkeys, Câline and Noisette, love cuddles.

YOLO Chalet

Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful wooden chalet with a 35 m2 terrace with jacuzzi and incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Less than 4 km after the Salles (42) highway exit, Le Chalet is located between the historic village of Cervières and the village of Noirétable with its Casino, lake and all local shops. Air-conditioned house in the countryside + terrace

Take a break and relax in this small house not far (10 min) from Lake Saint-Rémy and Thiers (10 min). Enjoy the outdoor area overlooking the forest and the Chaîne des Puys. A desire for nature, hiking or mountain biking are nearby. After a busy day, enjoy a video projector at your disposal: movie nights are yours! Important: bed linen and bath towels are not provided.
