As soon as you step foot into this home, you won’t want to leave!!! Every inch of the home is immaculate. All the finishes are top of the line, and make you feel as if you’re in complete luxury at every turn. Sunlight in every room, spacious yard and plenty of balcony space on the top levels. You won’t find better in Tunis. My family and I are truly in love with this home. A beautiful house where it was more than pleasant to stop for a few days with family! Very nice garden for meals from morning to night. Very spacious and tastefully decorated house. We didn't miss a thing. Slim, Emna's dad welcomed us with open arms, entrusting us with his house and taking the time to take a tour of the neighborhood with us on arrival to spot the right places. Great contact with Emna by messages too, she was very responsive and friendly! Easy to reach Tunis center by taxi (or even by car and then on foot), as well as the northern suburbs of Tunis (Carthage, Sidi Bou, La Marsa...), or to reach the main roads to go further south or towards Bizerte. Lively neighborhood with all the amenities you need nearby, but quiet house. Nothing to say, everything was perfect, go there with your eyes closed! A big thank you again to you!

The house is lovely. The top floor has been remodeled and looks wonderful. The ground level floor, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and dining room were lovely. Kitchen cabinets need work - they were damaged. A few small things ... the small coffee pot that uses pods didn't work, the basement level was unusable due to smell of fresh paint(it was fine the day before we left) and we could have used more towels. An extra set of keys would have been helpful. Otherwise - extremely quiet and peaceful area and very spacious home. Thank you Tarek.

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could ask for. The outdoor space was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to everything. Madame Fathia was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Rented to accommodate part of my family for my wedding, the Villa proposed by Samira did more than meet our expectations. Well equipped and maintained, it has above all a real charm with many mosaics and magnificent stained glass windows. Samira was also a quality host for both her availability and kindness. Finally, in terms of positioning, you will have to take taxis or rent a car to get around, but the placement of the Villa means that the tourist areas (Marsa, Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and even the city center) are rather quick to access. No doubt that I recommend the Villa for a good stay in Tunis.

The accommodation is very well equipped and matches the description. Good location to move to Tunis centre or la Marsa/Carthage. Central.

A beautiful villa on a gorgeous mountain with surreal views. The location is quiet and is steps away from the beach. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I’d definitely come back.

Good evening, So as for the Villa, it's beautiful! The bedrooms and all the rooms are spacious, it is furnished as if it lived in it so it is not empty. Outside and even more pretty. Extremely well lit with sublime sets of lights at night. Spacious, deep pool, with its slide and diving rooms and especially the waterfall! Garden with clean and well-equipped lawn (table, nice BBQ, swing...) As for Nabil, a welcoming, helpful person! I have nothing to say about renting this villa, I even recommend it! (I even took one more night so much we were comfortable there)

Had a great stay, villa is beautiful and looks better than the pictures. The host was very accommodating and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend and will definately be visiting again.

So ... how to say with simple words a real treat md nejma and this girl welcomed us to their beautiful house I was able to go around Airbnb from France and Spain and I guarantee you that compared to the price it is really the house that has to rent airy light the pool is a dream with a plunge view of the sea, it takes barely two minutes to cross its huge garden maintained to access through a small door at the end of the garden on the coast. I went down with my five children from 6 to 15 years old and all were subjugated. The terrace is incredible, no overlook, the rooms are magnificent, the living room is gigantic, lots of brightness, the equipment and at the top there is a raf a town 10 min away and Ras Jbel just mentioned to do jet ski boat rental etc...I recommend you five minutes from the house the restaurant dar el bey magnificent retauiavi with all the codes of tunisian tradition really stay to be done again without hesitation thank you nejma ♥️

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

First of all, thank you Ymen you made our stay unforgettable. You were always there if we had a question or an extra wish. You helped me to order lunch and dinner every day for 20 person. As well as organized the transfer from and to the airport and additionally a trip with a bus to Tunis. The villa is nice and spacious you also covered some extra beds for us on the arrival. We really enjoyed staying in the villa with this wonderful view. Every room had their own bathroom. The beach is easy accessible in like ten minutes on foot. The water was nice and clean. Ymen, you are the best host anybody can wish for. Thank you for having us.

We had a pleasant stay in this large house! Spacious and very well-equipped, it offers all the comforts necessary for a stay for families or groups of friends. The private pool not overlooked is a real plus, ideal for relaxing at any time of day. The location is perfect: the house is located in a quiet neighborhood while being close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. A great base for exploring La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said and the surrounding area. We particularly appreciated the garden, the sunny terrace, the many bathrooms as well as the fully equipped kitchen. My mom and aunt felt at home. The hosting was warm and professional. I would recommend this house without hesitation for a peaceful and successful holiday by the sea!

Very good weekend in Aicha's beautiful house. The house is actually even more beautiful than the photos. Aicha was very welcoming and made our arrival very easy. Finally, Moussa who keeps the house is adorable. The house is not far from the dynamic neighborhoods but everything is very well done in taxis at very affordable rates.
