Very clean accommodation and close to Vence. Albin was very available and very friendly.

A really warm welcome from Claude and his wife. A very nice discussion when I arrived. The accommodation is really nice and cool despite the heat. Everything is done to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. I would recommend it in a second and would come back as soon as I have the opportunity.

We had a great time at Oscar's. We were greeted with smile and kindness by himself and his little family. The house is splendid and functional . The rooms are very large. Having 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 inside the same as the kitchen allowed us to live with our toddlers without disturbing the rest of the family with our morning schedules. Kind of like an apartment in the house . The pool and exteriors are more than pleasant. The house is just as much for a family trip like ours ( 11 people ) , as for a stay with friends , The restaurants in the area are delicious . Oscar is also very good advice. Ideal location for cyclists, both for the road ( hilly ) and for the mountain bike that allowed us to visit this beautiful region and its panoramas. We were not lucky with the weather but that didn't stop us from having a great stay . Thank you

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Very private and peaceful place with a spacious parking space. I felt the Southern France vibe was surrounding us.

Excellent location for visiting the area and/or resting in peace or taking long walks. Tourette-sur-Loup is a very beautiful village that has everything you need and even more, an incredible charm. Marie Pierre is very welcoming as is her husband. You will be very well received and well advised if needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dominique's. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful – surrounded by nature, quiet and full of positive energy. Just the right place to unwind and relax. The house itself is lovingly designed and very well maintained. Dominique is a very warm and attentive hostess who makes sure that you feel completely comfortable with a lot of commitment. Very Nice House and great host.

I felt comfortable with the hosts right from the start. It's a beautiful property with a great pool and a small studio. Those who value convenience in the household and a kitchen will have difficulties here. By car, the area is very quick and very easy to reach. There are many beautiful places nearby and a supermarket, which is also easily accessible by car. Parking is available directly in the yard. The house is accessed via a small alley and has a remote control for the roller door. To switch off for a few days, I find the accommodation ideal. Highlight: Romy! A super cute and playful dog. It was a pleasure overall.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

It is my 2nd time having my holidays with my friends at Aude’s villa. The experience is wonderful. It is totally private and spacious. Aude is a very warm host and communication is superb! Highly recommended to anyone looking to have a holiday with peace and privacy in south France!

We had an amazing week at MJ’s incredibly beautiful villa. Being four adults and four kids ranging from 5-15 yo, we had everything anyone could possibly need. It was truly a home away from home. Sending lots of love to MJ for making this a memorable week for everyone in our family. We will be back for sure!

A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful village. Easy to travel the length of the Côte d'Azur using public transport. Lovely restaurants nearby, Kerry - Leigh a very welcoming host.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

The chateau is fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained—it was truly amazing in every way. Our host, Philippe, was incredibly helpful and kind. He welcomed us warmly, provided a very thorough and organized guide to the property, and gave us fantastic recommendations for local experiences. One of the highlights was dinner at the charming Hôtel Particulier des Jasmins, thanks to his suggestion. Philippe also shared tips for visiting nearby towns and villages, including distances. He also shared fascinating history of the chateau itself—it truly felt like something out of a fairy tale. Everything was so thoughtfully arranged, making our family vacation memorable. We are 100% planning to return. A heartfelt thank-you to Philippe for making our time in the French Riviera so special!

Perfect play to stay on Cote d’Azur. The villa was just as described with good privacy on the property, plenty of room for a bigger group, a lovely pool area and superb views. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the terrace overlooking the Beaulieu bay. Would definitely book again. Our host was responsive and friendly.
